New Realm and School for witches

Hadrian was now thinking about how he was dragged into this mess,a whole swarm of witches that are coven less showed up at his doorsteps.

It seems the whole Arcadius incident had an effect that led to attacks on witches or psychics.

Those with large covens are avoided because of the fear, but those that are from small families or covenless were killed by drowning or beheading.

Some even had families with mundanes,but stilled hunted because either their father,mother or children are witches.

Hadrian's saving people thing was tempered, but this many witches begging him for help and this reminded him too much about how muggles tried to kill magicals,when the news about magic being real was exposed.

He called Lynn and told her the situation, she was curious and asked"This either will become a paradise for the supernatural or it may end up as a failure."

Hadrian nodded and replied"Yes, I was friends with some of their ancestors.So turning a blind eye to their issue doesn't seem right."

Lynn sighed and knew understanding where Hadrian was coming from.

Hadrian also was thinking about different methods to teach the so-called witches that did not have coven and his idea was to create a school for them. He had to recreate the Hogwarts castle here and do complete recreation of the wards.

Lynn sighed and asked "You do know that most of them use a traditional form of magic, but there are many forms out there right?"

Hadrian knew about different types of magic,the most common was Traditional Magic, also known as Earth Magic, which is the oldest and purest form of witchcraft inherent to the Earth and the forces of Nature. It is undoubtedly the most popular form of witchcraft known to witches; however, it is also the most exhausting. This is mainly due to the fact that whenever a witch uses this power, they must exert their own energy, causing them to experience symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, and nosebleeds.There are limits to the power, like if a witch pushes too hard while practicing traditional magic, the magic would push back. Ultimately, if a witch pushes beyond their limits, the effects can be fatal.

It took Hadrian 8 years to make everything, first part was was creating a personal realm linked to the real world for the witches, who are lining to go out of the sanctuary.When they find it nessacary for them go out.

While the school's creation was made with combined effort of Vulcan and Hadrian.

Hadrian had to create really powerful barriers and wards,since there are beings that could end up in the demension with right amout of power,so protection was maxed out to the full extent.

The realm was constantly expanding,Hadrian modeled the terrain and city in form of city from his book in his previous world.

The mountains formed a natural circle of rock enclosing the valley and, within it was Sanctuary.There was powerful wards that kept the whole city safe from outsiders making it the safest place for witches and pychics.

Now the streets of sanctuary were paved with stone and wide, kerbed with marble, and fair houses and courts amid gardens of bright flowers were set about the ways, and many towers of great slenderness and beauty builded of white marble and carved most marvelously rose to the heaven. Squares there were lit with fountains and the home of birds that sang amid the branches of their aged trees, but of all these the greatest was that place where stood atop a high mountain on the other side, its windows sparkling in the starry sky, was a vast castle with many turrets and towers it was Tower of Knowledge for witches.

The loftiest in the city, and the fountains that played before the doors shot twenty fathoms and seven in the air and fell in a singing rain of crystal.The sun glittered splendidly by day, and the moon most magically shimmered by night. The birds that dwelt there were of the whiteness of snow and their voices sweeter than a lullaby of music
