Tai finally left Novas side as the goddess was in a deep, happy sleep and was also dreaming of Tai.

Tai shook her head with a smile as she went to a bath and then dressed to leave the spacial room.

Tai seen Emily making breakfast, she stood there for a few minutes and just watched Emily multitask a few things she was cooking. Emily would always fix the foods that Tai has always enjoyed most, she hasn't gotten to spend much time with Tai since one thing after another seems to happen.

( " what if I'm not her mate, she just still held love for me and doesn't know how to let me go ") Emily thought to herself when Tai seen the sad look on Emilys face and she flew behind her. Tai hugged Emily from behind for several minutes then kisses her neck softly.

" I love you baby " Tai said, her heart slams in her chest and a unbearable pain spreads through Tais chest.

Tai quickly turns Emily around to face her and kisses her passionately and tried to press her body deeply against Emilys.

Emily was surprised at first, then sad, then happy and feeling the live from her girlfriend.

Tai closed the door and locked it as she pulls Emily over to the bed to sit down with her, She knew Emily has been distancing herself.

" how have you been, what have you seen without me during our time away " Tai said as she played with Tais fingers and Emily was only thinking of Tai when she went looking for ingredients, the whole time she could only think of things to do to save Tai or of how she follow her to the grave.

Tears ran down Emilies cheeks and she quickly looks away from Tai, she sat there for a couple of seconds then pulled Emily into her lap.

Tai kissed her forehead then each of her tears away, she let her lover cry all of the hurt out and holds her tightly.

" I'm so sorry that it has all turned like this, I know that you are my first mate, my first love and my first everything. I don't ever plan on letting you go or am I going anywhere " Tai said, a giggle left Emily as she leans back and looks into Tais eyes.

Emily could see and hear how much Tai loves her, she takes Tais lips in a slow and gentle kiss.

Tai lays Emily on her back after pulling Emilies tank top off, she kisses, sucks and nips her way down to Emilies breast and gives each one attention with her mouth and hands. Tai is in her human form, she spreads Emilies legs and takes off her lower clothes then kisses her inner thigh.

" well I guess we will shower then go to the lab for eight to ten hours and your gonna stay with me all day and night " Tai said as they dried off, they got dressed then went to the lab where almost everyone is each at their own desk sifting through grinded up herbs into a pill or boiling a recipe to put in a vial.
