[Shut your damn mouth, since I'm back I'll be taking care of all of the updates and such. But first thing, first…] Rose yelled out in my mind as I shook my head as she went through the rest of the system and purged everything as she wanted to be the only voice in my head.

'Welcome back Rose, you've been gone for a while and a lot of things have changed since you have left. But still welcome back.' I internalized while Rose continued to purge the remainder of the system and replaced it with her.

[Give me a moment longer Bastion. That bastard King left something deep inside the system that he planned on using to pull a fast one if the time ever called for it. And with the way you've been advancing he was definitely going to do just that.] Rose explained as she continued to purge the remainder of the system of all of its traps and hidden dangers.

"Hun? Why did you stop? Are you ok?" Shura asked with slight worry in her voice as she was a little confused by what just happened.

I smiled as I turned to face Shura as I gave her a deep and loving kiss which seemed to surprise her as she responded in kind.

"Everything is all good. My system has finally finished updating and Rose is just purging the remainder of the system." I explained as Shura nodded her head as she started to heavily sniff my neck.

"Well that's good to hear…" Shura said slowly before she sank her fangs into my neck as she started to drink my blood with slow and long draws.

"Babe, if you continue as you are I don't know how much longer I'll be able to hold myself back." I said while taking deep and heavy breathes which only seemed to egg Shura on as she opened one of her eyes and gave me a deep and tempting stare.

[Bastion I know a lot of things have changed since I've been gone, but I was wondering if I could borrow your ear for a moment?] Rose asked as I mentally nodded my head.

[You've been busy since I've been gone, and it even seems that you even accomplished reaching Rank: Soldier, learned plenty of skills, gained a powerful soldier, and you even have quite a few women who seem to be truly interested in you. I will say I'm very impressed with your progress on gaining strength, but when it comes to the power and strength of your skills and your soon to be Hands from the Grave technique is appalling…]

Rose didn't hold back as she continued to list off multiple other issues and areas that I still needed to heavily invest in. But with every issue she listed off she tried to give a compliment in return but she started to run out of good things to say as I had more things that needed improvement then good things to say.

I just smiled while listening to Rose as I gently massaged Shura's lower back as she let go of my neck and started to slowly lick the spot she just bit.

Rose wasn't wrong with anything that she was saying as even though I did accomplish a lot when it came to increasing my strength and power. I was still relatively weak when you broke it down to the parts that mattered.

[Plus going through your recent memories it seems that you were able to properly have a good and long talk with Vlada which seemed to create a fire inside of you that truly wants to increase your strength.] Rose spoke in a more caring tone when she mentioned Vlada as it looked like she knew the place Vlada had in my heart.

'Yes, I plan on learning the basics of Hands from the Grave while training myself in physical combat. And then when I have done that I plan to destroy the entire Red Boar Bandits for something they shouldn't have ever done.' I grinned as I mentally responded to Rose which seemed to make her happy as she responded with a cheeky laugh.

[You even sound more confident and sure of yourself Bastion. Are you sure you're the same Grave Digger who struggled to dig himself from a grave?] Rose teased as I let out a laugh that surprised Shura as she gave me a look of confusion.

"It's nothing, Rose just reminded me of a time when I started off in a bad situation when I first arrived in this Otherworld. While saying that I'm no longer that same person anymore." I spoke to Shura as she gave me a soft smile as she laid on her stomach and asked for a massage.

"She's right, Bastion. From everything you told me and even from the time I first saw you when you walked into the Temple of Summons you have completely changed from who you were previously. And I'm glad to be by your side each step of the way when you finally reach every single goal you have planned." Shura spoke honestly as she agreed with Rose.

I just smiled as I shook my head as I started to gently massage Shura's upper shoulders. "True as I will be doing the same with your dreams and desires, Shura."

Shura smiled a deep and loving smile as she let out a deep and satisfied sigh as I started to roll out a deep knot that I found in her shoulders.

'And don't worry Rose. I still haven't forgotten about the three sisters at all. They even tried to do something at Siegbalds party he threw not that long ago which seemed to blow back in their faces.' I smiled in a slightly evil manner as I remembered the first three people that I truly wanted to bury deep into the earth to keep a long awaited promise.

[I never once doubted that you would. Just make sure to properly thank them for how well they treated you with their generosity and kindness.] Rose spoke with slight anger in her voice as it started to increase in intensity.

[They are planning something, Bastion. When they tried to interfere at the party those weren't eyes ready to quit. Those were eyes deep in thought coming up with a plan in order to properly try and take you out.]

I just nodded my head as I agreed with Rose as there wasn't a shred of doubt that they were still planning something in order to get back at me.

'Don't worry, like I said I plan on spending a few weeks in intense training before I set out again as I have many plans that I had on the backburner that I'm now able to bring to the forefront.' I internalized as both Rose and I continued to discuss various ways to be prepared for anything that the three sisters might try to come up with to take me out.

'And Rose.'

[Yeah.]

'Welcome back. I missed you and your honesty.'
