"Oh fuck!. He heard me" I said to myself as he carried me into the house.

"Where were you?" I asked him

"Your parents'" He replied without turning his face

"My parents! Why?! " I asked sharply

"To inform them about the wedding... Its tomorrow" He said as he ascended the stairs

"Uhm... Why are you in such a haste to get married?....... Are your parents.... " I stopped talking when I saw a lady standing and staring angrily at us

"And who is she?! " I asked George quitely

"My Sister, Bianca! " He said and didnt even stop walking

"You have a sister!, and why didn't you tell me about this sister of yours?!, what am I suppose to say to her?! " I asked him feeling frustrated

"You don't have to say anything, I'll do the talking" He said as we finally got to the top step

"George Reginald Cruz!, what the heck is going on here?!" She asked

"Woaw Bianca, whats up........You look pretty angry" He replied

I thought he was going to drop me but he held me in his arms and it felt like he actually tighten his hold on me.

"What did I tell you about bringing young ladies into this house unless you are ready to get married huh?! " She scolded him and I couldn't help but gasp at her confidence

"I like her! " I thought to myself

George looked at me and then his sister.....

"I'm getting married to her Bianca..... And she really needs to rest, it's been a long day and she's had enough dealing with a cold statue, right?" He looked at me and smiled dangerously.

"Jeeeeeez, whats with him?!. He gives me the creep! " I thought

"What?! " Bianca shouted

"You're getting married?!, Is this some kind of joke huh?. Did you get her pregnant?! " She asked

"Did I?! " George asked looking straight into my eye

"And when were you planning on telling me huh, never?! " She asked angrily

"You found out anyways, Arnaldo isnt good at keeping secrets. Get prepared, its tomorrow" George said and started walking

"So he wasn't joking when he said you were getting married huh?, and tomorrow?!. Are you crazy! " Bianca asked trying to catch up with her brother

"Goodnight BieBie" George said as he opens the door to a room and shut it instantly.

He just stood without moving and he stared into space.

"You can drop me now" I said

"Hmmmmmnnn" He replied and walked up to the big bed before carefully placing me on the bed.

I looked at the room and was amazed. It was bigger than the one I was in earlier.

"That must be Bianca's room. She has quite the taste" I thought

"Sooooooo....... Is this my room?" I decided to ask since he wasn't saying anything

"Hmmmmmn" He replied and then finally moved

"What's he?, the " Hmmmmmn God?! "I thought

" Waow....... Its pretty huge-I mean for one person. Isn't there a smaller room for me........ I'll be really comfortable but then its ok, I'll-take-this..... "I said but then he just smirked and started walking closer

" I always thought you were feisty but now you totally amaze me because you're funny as well huh,Tigress! " He said and then lean closer

I shifted on the bed and tried to create distance but his hands went behind me to my waist and I was resting in his hand.

"Ti-tigre-tigress?! " I asked

"Hmmmn, I can't quite remember that name of yours and Tigress suits you better, don't you think?! " He said

"I don't think so!" I said and slowly stood up and he moved back a bit

"This is our room baby and that's final! " He said while taking off his shirt

"Our room?! " I asked in disbelief

"Hmmmmnnn, we're getting married so its our room! " He said and his shirt was finally off, showing his bare upper body.

I turned around immediately

"Well, we arent married yet so don't you think we should sleep seperately till........" I said and stopped when he walked up to his closet

"You know what?, I can just sleep here. You take the bed, I'll take the couch! " I said and he came out naked

"What did you say?! " He asked looking angry......, I think.

"Put some cloths on, will you? " I said and turned my back again

"You know what Tigress, you are getting on my nerves!. Is it intentional or you dont even know what you are doing?! " He whispered close to my ears and his hands went to my waist and then the zip of my gown.

"George?!..... " I called nervously

"Shhhhhhhhhhh! " He said and bit the tip of my ear leaving me breathless as I swallowed hard.

".....We're getting married and you don't even feel comfortable around me..... Earlier today, you said you were ok with me sleeping with another woman..... And then again, you called me a cold statue........So now you want to sleep on the couch?!..... "He whispered and before I knew it, my gown was going down my shoulder.

"You're hurting me huh, Tigress! " He said

"Well...I didnt mean it that way...... And I'm sorry for calling you a cold statue!..... " I said and gripped my gown tightly

"You're sweating! " He said and finally moved back.

"You're staying here.......Bianca wont spare me if I allow you out of this room! " He said and he was back to his serious tone

"What happened to the guy who was teasing me?! " I thought

I turned back to face him but then I was engulfed by a wave of darkness and everything around me became totally black.

"Shit..... I totally forgot about my night blindness!. What am I going to do now?..... I stink and I need a bath!... What if he finds out about my night blindness?!.... No!... He cant cancel this wedding!.....what do I do?!.... " I was lost in thought and didn't even realise he came out of the bathroom.

"You can go in now, I'm done! " He said and I think he moves into the closet

"Uhmmmmm, I think I'll just head to bed like this, I dont need to take a shower! " I said when I felt hia presence in the room again

"Is that a joke?!.... Have you seen how you look?... You're sweating all over and you don't want to take a shower?!..... Why?!... " He asked and I knew he was really close, I could sense it.

"Nothing!, I just don't want to.... " I said and slowly turned around

"What are you doing? " He asked

"What do you mean?! " I said trying to figure out where he was standing

"Are you seriously avoiding eye contact right now?!......Or do you think I'll force myself on you?! " He asked sounding irritated

"What?!, No!..... Ofcourse not. Its just that... I.... " I stammered nervously

"Could it be..... " He said and suddenly stopped

"Wait..... You can't see me, right?!.... " He asked

"Wh.... " I said but he suddenly cut me off

"Yes you cant see me!, I'm literally waving my hands right now and you dont.... " He said and I couldn't quite fathom how he felt from his tone because...

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh! " He burst into laughter

"Are you.....Is this the best...... What are you doing? " I asked him feeling confused

"Why the heck are you laughing George?!, this isnt funny! " I asked

"Ok-ok..... First of all... What's going on here?! " He asked still trying to control his laughter.

"Night blindness! " I replied

"Wait... That's a thing?! " He asked and he sounded amused

"Two things commissioner! " I said

"And do you have pills for it?.... Its curable right?!" He asked

"Yeah, it is but I dont have the pills...... They're too expensive! " I replied.

"Recklessness... Another amazing feature of yours! " He said

"Its not recklessness ok?!...... Some of us don't just have the money to do stuffs we badly have to do!..... You wouldn't know that since you've had everything handed to you on a golden platter! " I said angrily

"I guess you also have something of benefit from this marriage then, I was afraid you weren't actually....... " He said and suddenly stopped talking

"Weren't actually what?" I asked when he stopped talking

"It's nothing!. We'll go visit the doctor when you are ready to go but for now......." He stopped and eyed her from head to toe

'...... You really need a bath!. "He said with a grin

" Yeah,....I know" I said

"And how is that going to happen when you cant even...... " I knew where he was going and I had to stop him

"You can just help me prepare a bath.....

I mean the bathtub instead of the shower! " I said immediately

"Ok then, I'll just place the towel and robe on the sink so you can use it when you're done....I'll be outside so......"He said and then there was the moment of silence and awkwardness.I hate these type of situations......

I was finally able to take my bath after a lot of mental and physical stress.....

There were a lot of things going through my mind as I stepped into the bathroom.

I stepped into the bathtub and the bath water was surprisingly warm!. I knew George wasn't the type to date girls;I already figured that out when I first saw him so I wonder how this marriage was going to work.And then there is the Issue of my sister.......once he finds out about it,He's surely going to kick me out of the house and his life!.

I was so lost in thoughts and tired I didn't even realize I was slowly drifting off to sleep. "My first day in this house was chaotic,dramatic and stressful,I need to rest a little and the water is sooo warm.....Just 5 minutes and I'll wake up!....." I said to myself

It only took 10 seconds to fall asleep after reassuring myself I'll wake up after napping for 5 minutes.

George's POV

This morning when he got the call from Vanessa's Family,He knew she must have agreed to marry him,after all they were in a tight spot. But then he was also surprised because he had Initially thought that Vanessa was going to put up a fight or it will take her about a week to consider the marriage but then here she is........Soon to be Mrs Cruz.

When Arnaldo asked him why he was getting married,He might have taken a minute to think about the reason because he wasn't the type to actually think of marriage so he concluded he was doing it for Bianca,but then he knew that wasn't the reason why he was marrying her;there was something else......something deeper...something........

He had actually gone to visit her parents to talk about the wedding and he thought it would be nice to get to know them so he bought gifts to take along with him. Her parents didn't look like they missed her,I mean He took their only daughter from them so he had expected to meet them in sadness,but that wasn't the case......In fact they were really happy to hear about the news of the marriage and didn't actually ask how Vanessa was doing.......

"That damn statue doesn't care about anyone but himself!......." He remembered what she had said in the garage and just smirked

"Cold statue???!........." He said to himself admist his smirk.

"Well,let's see if you'll think I'm a cold statue after.......Wait......shouldn't she be done by now?!" He asked himself and looked at his wristwatch

It's been over an hour since he left her to tend to herself and she promised to call him when she's done,but now what?! .......

He carefully knocked on the door.......

"Hey Tigress!,are you done?!......Can I come in now?!......." He said but didn't get any reply

"Should I just go in or should I wait outside?! .......Is she having troubles with the bath tub?!" He asked himself

"Vanessa......I'm coming in now ok?!" He said but still didn't get any answer.

He swelt his eyes across the room but she wasn't there. He checked the closet but still couldn't find her so he concluded she had to be in the bathroom.

He listened carefully but couldn't pick any sound from the bathroom so he just decided to go in anyways. He tiptoed into the bathroom but quicken his steps when he saw that Vanessa was inside the bathtub but he only saw her hair floating on the surface of the water!.........

Vanessa's POV

I woke up on the bed........again!. Ever since I came into this house,it has become my habit to always wake up on the bed!, I mean it's my second day here and..........

"What the heck!......." I shouted when I found out my chest was pressed against a warm and hard surface and apparently;I was........cuddling it!.

"YOU?!" I said when I found out it was George I was cuddling and that too halfnaked!.

"Ok,what is going on here?!" I said as I forcefully pulled away from George.

He stood up,yawned and stretched lazily before finally saying.........

"Morning Tigress!......." He said with a smile.

"Morning?!........And you're smiling?!......." I said angrily

"Uhmmmmmm Yes!......... Why?,do you want tears instead?!" He asked fondly

"Well No!,but yes of course!......You'll smile,you pervert!" I said angrily

"What?!,pervert!" He asked

"Yes.......What happened?!" I asked him looking down at my cloth and his gaze followed mine.

"Oooooooh!....... Well then wifey,don't you think you should try being specific with your question?!" He asked with a smirk plastered in his face.

"What?!" I said admist my frown.

"What happened as in........Why you're in the bed when you said you'll sleep on the couch?!, Or why you were cuddling me?!, Or why you're half naked with only my shirt on?!, Or why you slept with me even after you said you're ok with my fucking another woman?!.............
