Joe listened to Gavin and gritted his teeth, first, this guy killed all his men and then even gave his precious robe away to a slum girl and in the end, he even wants him to kowtow to this pathetic Girl, who, just a few moments ago was cowering in front of him.
If not for Gavin he would be enjoying this Girl's body currently.
"Boy, you are going too far! How can I kowtow in front of a slum girl?!" Joe made rounded fist in anger.
Gavin sneered at his words and then shot a wave of electric sparks at the fatty's body.
Joe's toes curled inwards as electricity pulses through his body, although he was a Grade five Martial Artist, he was completely defenseless against Gavin's lightning.
'This!...' Kneeling on the ground, Joe's body jerked as he started vomiting blood out.
"Boy! I will kill!!... Ahhh..." Before he could finish his words another shot of lightning entered his body and he shot out another pool of blood from his stomach.
Gavin charged his hammer again and was about to shoot Fatty Joe.
"Wait!! I will do as you say..." Tears started falling from his eyes.
He had a lightning element spirit however he had never seen a spirit so overbearing. Normally a lower-level martial artist had some chance against a higher-level one.
A level five martial artist could easily defend a few attacks from a level six, however, Gavin's lightning was different.
It was like it didn't follow the rules of heaven and earth, it killed lower-level people like fodder. Joe's Qi didn't even stand a chance against the blue lighting, it got torn apart like a paper.
'His spirit is made for mass killing! Not even leaving a shred of doubt if the opponent is even a bit weaker!' Joe gulped his saliva as terror flashed in his eyes.
He has previously seen his boss show her spirit however even that was not this overbearing.
'I have to endure this and inform my boss before this guy becomes a problem. Only she could kill this guy!'
Lucie looked at the Giant Man with a hammer in his hand and got a sense of protection. She felt like, until this man is with her nobody could touch her.
Just a few moments ago when she saw him transforming, she was scared of Gavin, however seeing, how he was talking to her and how he placed a robe over her body she could tell that he was a good man, unlike the fat guy on the ground.
She was abandoned by her parents because of her blue eyes, it was said that blue eyes were sign of the devil in their clan.
Her clan was located south of Redwood City, it was more of a settlement instead of a clan, all of the members of her clan worshiped Keala, the goddess of Insane.
Her frozen snake clan all have green eyes and only she was with blue eyes, all her life she has faced ridiculed and got bullied by her clansmate, and in the end, her father sold her to this group of slave traders for only two taels of silver.
She thought that her life would end as just being a slave and that she would never be free again, however, now Gavin came and saved her from the predicament. She owed him her life.
"Ask her for forgiveness!" Lighting flashed in Gavin's eyes, he seemed like a God of death.
Lucie looked at him as her respect for him increased.
"Ok!" Joe quickly moved his body around and slumped at Lucie's legs. "Please forgive me..." He looked at her with bloodshot eyes.
"Please forgive me, I will stop doing things like these again."
Lucie looked at Joe's eyes and then looked at Gavin, she was scared.
"Don't worry, answer honestly, do you want to forgive him?"
These past few days had been traumatizing for Lucie, she was not alone that was captured by these men. There was another girl and she was killed by Joe, she saw with her own eyes how this man tortured her to death.
She thought she would also meet the same end today, however, she was somehow saved by this mysterious guy.
Gulping her saliva she looked at Gavin and saw his assuring stance, courage mustered in her frail body.
"This man doesn't deserve to live, I will never forgive him for what he did to Sania!" Tears welled up in her eyes as she thought about the other girl that was captured with her.
"You!" Joe yelled, "Even if I die I will take you with me you piece of shit!" Standing up he punched towards Lucie with his full force.
He knew that his fate was sealed after Lucie decided to not forgive him, so he wanted to take her down with him.
Lucie looked at the incoming punch and her body turned stiff from fear, she could tell that this punch could kill her. However then a faint smile formed on her face.
'Although I will die, but at least this mysterious guy would kill him.' She closed her eyes preparing to face the death blow.
She was happy that she could at least take revenge for Sania.
However, when even after a few seconds she did feel a blow on her body she slowly opened her eyes.
In front of her lay the Dead Joe in his pool of blood. Blue lighting still rushes around his body making it charred.
"Don't worry he would never hurt you again."
Gavin's voice jolted her out of her stupor. Tears started spewing out of her big blue eyes and finally, she glanced at Gavin with warmth.
Her body moved and she gave him a deep bow, "Thank you, big brother, for saving me, can I ask your name?" her sweet voice ranged in Gavin's ears.
Gavin smiled at her words and returned to his normal state.
"You can call me Electro," He decided not to reveal his real name.
"Electro..." Lucie nodded at him.
"You stay here for a bit, let me first search for this area to find more trapped people like you," Gavin said and was about to move.
"They are all gone." Luice's voice stopped him.
"What do you mean they are gone?" Gavin raised his brow.
Lucie clenched her fist, remembering what happened just a day before.
"Yesterday a Lady with Red hair came and took all of the kids. The only reason she left me and Sania here, was because, Joe demanded it, he wanted to keep us for himself." She said as anger flashed in her eyes. However, remembering that Joe was now dead she calmed down a bit.
"Brother Electro will you save them?" Lucie asked with an innocent expression.
Gavin listened to her and nodded in understanding, although he was sympathetic toward the kids, he was not a fool.
'I can't push myself into an unknown pit. If I ever get a chance in the future to save them then I will think about it.'
Gavin looked at her and sighed, he didn't reply to her and only looked around the area.
"Do you know where the treasury is?"
Lucie did not get angry as he ignored her previous question, by now she has understood that this world was filled with monsters and devils hiding in human skin. It was enough for Electro to save her she didn't expect him to be a superhero. This didn't diminish her respect towards him even a bit.
She nodded at him. "I know it." she pointed at the inconspicuous tent behind the main one where Joe stayed.
The tent was green in color and was hidden behind the large tent, looking at it one wouldn't think that it would contain all the treasures of these slave traders.
"Stay here," Gavin said and moved toward the tent, he guessed that there could be traps in the tent so he summoned his hammer and entered his Giant Formed again.
He was ready to fly away as soon as he sensed any form of danger.
Three straps were closing the entrance of the tent, Gavin pointed his hammer at them and one by one all of them broke apart under his lightning.
There was a small talisman inside it that lit up as soon as the door opened, illuminating the insides.
Gavin stepped in and found some more talismans, he didn't touch them as he didn't know what they were.
His only motive was to get his hands on some Silver Coins.
Soon enough his eyes focused on a wooden box in the center, its corners were covered with rusted iron, and there was also a Talisman strapped on it.
Gavin squinted his eyes looking at the talisman, he could tell that this was the only valuable treasure inside the tent, as the rest of the items were just weapons made up of Iron, he had no use for them currently and they would only be a burden carrying around.
"Brother Electro, it is an emergency talisman, if you break it then the Red hair lady would come here in no time." Suddenly Lucie's voice sounded behind him which startled him.
