Overpopulation problem

After three thousand years the Nuri civilization is advancing at a very good rate, it already has hundreds of kingdoms and learned how to smelt iron, and started to make better tools, although the agricultural area is quite lacking at this moment most of the food is being produced using magic or hunting, which bring problems there must be at least two magicians that have earth and water elements to be able to farm using magic and the second problem overhunting.

At this point, there are about forty-two million Nuri around the world, it might not seem a lot but for the world, it is a huge amount, at this point they have already explored more than half the world.

The incredibly good thing is that the core of the world has double the production of mana with the use of all the souls that keep coming in, at this point, it might be getting hard to breathe for the untrained mortals at some points of the world.

With the density of mana, the quantity and quality of spells got higher, now the spells have tiers.

[Tier 1] used to clean clothes, get a cup of water, and light a campfire.

[Tier 2] to scare of rats, for a shower, have a light source.

[Tier 3] a weak elemental attack spell.

[Tier 4] moderate elemental attack spells.

[Tier 5] At this tier the user's life span gets longer by 120 years.

[Tier 6] Unlock his circuits which allows them to cast their spells without an incantation.

[Tier 7] strong elemental attack spells and adds four hundred years of lifespan.

[Tier 8] allows flying, the evolution of circuits into the soul itself allowing the person to leave his body.

[Tier 9] Unlock the use of his unique magic spells and adds 1200 years of lifespan.

[Tier 10] This tier has reached very few people, most of the people that reached have become legends, at this tier you could get the title of God, and the benefits of reaching this level are that you get a private session with [World's control], a second unique magic spell, stronger elemental spells than before, and gets three thousand years of lifespan.

Currently, there are not any [Tier 10] mages, but with the increase of mana density, it should happen any time now.

You might be thinking about what I'm doing right now, well I'm currently laying down on a mountain, in the earth biome, while my head is on [World's control] thighs.

"[World's control] I think it's time to think of a name," I said with a deadpan expression like really for the whole almost four thousand years I was known as The God, or simply God, and [World's control] name is even worse.

The biggest problem right now is overpopulation, to battle it I've decided to create a ring around the world that is connected with rainbow bridges, the bridges are used to transfer the excess manas, after creating all of that I unexpectedly felt sleepy, it seems like I forgot about my divine mana.
