A FUN WEEKEND

-Haruka POV-

"Haruka, I'm fine. It's just a small cut. But why are you getting frustrated at me?" Levi asked. He clearly looks a bit shocked, and that's when it hits me. Right? Why am I getting angry at him right now? But wait, it's not that I'm angry. It's just that I'm actually worried about him, and I couldn't possibly tell him that.

"I bet onii-chan just worried about you, Levi." Hanabi suddenly spoke, and I glared at her.

"Who said I was worried? It's because a smart person like you acts like an idiot by grabbing those broken glass with bare hands and getting hurt. You just added one more thing for me to do. Well, forget about it now. Hana-chan, you treat his wound. I'm going to clean up the broken glass." I said that, trying to run away from this situation, but my attempt failed. 

"You don't have to, Charles. I'll clean it up. You should tend to Levi's wound." Aiden suddenly spoke. He's doing this on purpose, I'm sure.

"Thank you, Aiden. I'm sorry for the mess, hehe." Hanabi said that with a grin. She's definitely enjoying this too.

"I'll go grab the first aid kit. You should take a seat first." I said that to Levi, and I went to grab the first aid kit in the cabinet.

"Give me your hand." I said as soon as I took a seat after grabbing the first aid kit box. He just did what I said, extending his hand towards me. 

"Wow. Doctor Haruka Charles Auclair in action." Hanabi said that with a grin.

"This won't happen if you use that smart head of yours before picking up those glasses with your bare hand. And Hana-chan, you should be careful next time." I said that firmly while opening the antiseptic bottle.

"You're no fun, onii-chan. I didn't do that on purpose. I'm sorry, okay?" Hanabi said that with a sad face, and I just nodded. How could I get mad at her, seriously? I put the antiseptic on Levi's wound slowly.

"Ouch." Levi moans in pain. What? Did I hurt him? I even make sure to put the antiseptic carefully.

"Your cut isn't that deep, so stop whining." I said that with a glare, but I didn't actually mean it.

"Ah, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to get your attention. It's nice to be treated by none other than Doctor Haruka Charles Auclair." He said that with his mischievous smile. This jerk, did he do that on purpose?

"Levi, are you actually getting hurt on purpose?" Lauren suddenly spoke, which is rare. But, thanks Lauren for asking that for me. I did want to ask the same thing.

"Wow, you really said that to me now, Lauren? Well, I admit that getting treated by Haruka is one of the best things in my life, but I didn't get hurt on purpose." Levi said while glaring at Lauren, and Lauren just rolled her eyes.

"Mattaku. You really act like a child sometimes, you know? I'm done treating your wound. Let's eat now, everyone. I bet the food is getting cold already. Aiden, you're done cleaning?" I asked Aiden while putting back the first aid kit box in the cabinet.

"Yeah, I'm done." Aiden replied and took a seat back at the dining table, so did I.

"Okay. Now let's eat for real, everyone. Itadakimasu." Hanabi said that and then fed the food into her mouth. I don't even know when she actually fills up her plate.

"You're right. This actually tastes really good." Hanabi said once the food entered her mouth.

"I told you. Now, take back what you said. Huh." Levi said that proudly. This jerk really is like a kid today. 

"Alright, alright. I'm sorry, and I take it back. It's been a while since I ate Japanese Yakitori-Style Pan-Roasted Duck Breast. It tastes almost like my mother's cooking, so I approve of it." Hanabi said so and continued eating.

"Hanabi's right. It tastes like Aunty Hanae's cooking." Harry also praised Levi's cooking. Now, I can see Levi is smiling proudly.

"Hmm, it's not bad. It's my first time eating this, so it's pretty good. Well, I don't praise you, by the way." Lauren said that while rolling her eyes towards Levi. Haha.

"Tch. And I don't even want you to praise me." Levi replied and then started to eat his food.

"You should make Levi cook for the Ackerman Family later." Hanabi said that while eating happily. She couldn't refuse delicious food, of course.

"Ah, that's a good idea. Maybe I should tell the maid to let him cook for the family dinner tomorrow." Lauren replied, agreeing with Hanabi.

"You certainly talk a lot today, Lauren. And you should be the one learning how to cook if you want to get married to the person you like." Levi responded with a cold voice, but it's not that he's angry. But wait, does Lauren have someone she likes? Seriously?

"Huh? What are you trying to say now? I did help the maids from time to time. You wouldn't know because you're not leaving at the main residence. I bet you just follow the recipe steps that's why it turns out this good." Lauren said, trying to piss Levi off, but at the same time she's praising him. Well, I'm surprised Lauren knows how Levi is. I guess living together since they were kids made them know a lot about each other, but they just don't show that.

"Huh? You're right, I did follow each step of the recipe, but that doesn't mea…" 

"Levi, I believe you realised you're the oldest here. So stop acting like a kid. Mattaku." I said that while sighing. I believe I should stop them before they argue any further.

"Hmph." Levi made that sound and continued to eat. He really is like a kid today. After that, everyone continues eating without talking.

//SKIP//

We're done eating, but now here we are, in the game room. This is all Hanabi's idea. I don't think it'll be this soon that I need to play along with everyone like this. I'm not really into sports, to be honest.

"Okay, let's go bowling!" Hanabi shouted excitedly, grabbing one of the bowling balls. What? Play bowling right after eating. Is she serious?

"We just finished eating, not long ago, Hana-chan." I said that to her.

"Well, that's the reason. I have enough energy to lift the ball now. I'm going to strike this time for sure. Haha." She said that while laughing. Just like me, she's not really good at sports either. I guess we're only famous for our smart brains and looks, haha.

"Mattaku. You guys play. I'm going to sit there." I said that, making my way towards the couch, but Hanabi stopped me. This kid.

"No, you can't. Let's all play together. We're going to divide into two teams. Me, Lauren, and Harry in one team, onii-chan, Levi, and Aiden will be on one team. Deal?" Hanabi said with a grin.

"Deal." Levi suddenly spoke. He's enjoying this too.

"You're not in the place to make a decision here. What about Aiden? We should ask him too. You're going to play, Aiden?" I asked Aiden, hoping for a 'no' to escape his mouth.

"I don't mind, actually. It's been a long time since I last played bowling, so I guess I'll join." Aiden replied. That's not what I wanted to hear from you, Aiden.

"Then it's decided. The losers need to grant the winner's wishes." Hanabi spoke confidently.

"Deal. Then, let's enter the names first." Levi said with a smirk. I'm glad I'm on his team, because, win or lose, I'm not the one who's going to grant his wish.

"I'm done entering the name." Levi said that while looking at me with a smile. I look at the game board. Lev, Haru, and Aiden. 

"Why did you put my name as Haru?" I asked him with a glare.

"Why? Your name's Haruka, so I just put Haru, same goes to my name, I put it as Lev. As for Aiden, I'm not sure how to make it short, so I just put your name, haha." Levi said it while laughing.

"No. That's okay. It's just a game, btw." Aiden responded.

"Okay, let's start now! Since Levi's hand is injured, I'm sure the victory is ours, haha." Hanabi spoke with an evil laugh. Right, I forgot that Levi injured his finger earlier. Levi picked up the bowling ball and prepared to throw it.

"Are you sure you're going to be okay? You injured your finger." I said that, stopping him from walking towards the lane.

"I'm okay. It's just a small cut. But are you perhaps worried about me?" With a smirk on his lips, he asked me.

"Huh? I'm not worried about you. I'm just worried that you might drag us down because you hurt your finger." I said so, avoiding eye contact with him.

"I won't, so you don't have to worry. The victory is ours from the beginning." He said it confidently and went straight to the lane to throw the ball.

STRIKE!!!

"Woah." I mumbled in amazement.

"I told you, right. I won't drag any of you guys down. Your turn, Haruka." He said that with a smile. What? My turn? What should I do? I'm not ready yet, but I can't back down now after what I said. I grabbed the ball and threw it away in the lane. I don't care anymore. I hope it's not a gutter ball, and yeah, luckily I hit 3 pins.

"Pfft. You told me to not drag you down, but you hardly hit 3 pins." Levi said that with a chuckle.

"What? Are you laughing at me right now? It's just that I'm not really good at sports. I'm going to strike next time. You just wait and see." I replied with a glare and grabbed the ball for the second attempt.

"Here, let me help you." He suddenly appeared behind me. That shocked me. I almost dropped the ball. 

"What are you doing?" I half yelled, but he just smiled. I could feel the blood rushing towards my cheek.

"I said, let me help you. I'm going to help you get the spare." He said that and began helping me by adjusting my position.

"Now, throw the ball." He whispered in my ears, which made me startled a bit. I threw the ball, and just like he said, I got the spare.

"Wow. This is my first time getting a spare." I said that happily. Wait. I shouldn't be this happy. I look around, and luckily the others are not really paying attention to us.

"Aiden, your turn." Levi said that while walking towards the bench. 

I also took a seat on the bench, and the game kept going.

I have just finished showering and am currently enjoying the fresh air on the balcony. I feel exhausted. Seriously. We end up playing everything in the game room because of Hanabi. She's not satisfied with our team winning all the games. Well, it's actually thanks to Levi. I bet he really is the definition of someone perfect and talented. 

"What are you doing onii-chan? Where's Levi?" Hanabi suddenly appeared out of nowhere. She took a seat in front of me.

"He's taking a shower." I replied, looking at the sky. It's night already. I can't believe we spent the day just playing the game.

"Is he showering in your room?" Hanabi asked out of nowhere.

"Right, he is." I replied without thinking. Eyes focus on the sky.

"Ne, onii-chan. Do you seriously don't have any romantic feelings towards Levi?"
