I am a beginner writer if you think I portrayed a character in a way that doesn't fit its personality don't hesitate to tell me.

My goal in writing this fic is to gain experience for the story I want to write next so don't hesitate to point out my mistakes.

The power of my OC comes from the Waifu catalog CYOA if you are not familiar with it don't worry I will try to explain the powers when he first uses them. Just know that from tier 1 to 3 it is in the realms of humans without power with 1 being a normal human without any particular skill and 3 being a peak human in at least one category like martial art, science, or politics. Most ninjas in Naruto are between Tier 4 to 6 with tier 4 being around normal genin to strong genin and 6 being around Kage level power.

Keep in mind that tiers are not everything and are not set in stone. For example, Batman without any equipment is tier 3 but depending on his equipment he can still beat anyone no matter their tier. Also just because 2 peoples are in the same tier doesn't mean they have the same level of power, like naruto as a child without any training would be classified as tier 4 because he already has a regeneration power thanks to Kyubi, but he would be destroyed by any adult.

By the way, during the story when I give the character a random Ability/object/companion I really randomize it and use the result.
