Tempting Him
Aimee said she couldn't join Nessa at Damon's table and she let her be. She understood that her friend still did not like her dating Damon - even though she supported them. Nessa didn't have the slightest idea that Aimee avoided the table and cafeteria as a whole because Carlos would be there and the atmosphere would be uncomfortable as hell. Nessa was smart and would definitely figure out something was wrong if that happens.
Carlos wasn't his usual self, Nessa noticed that. The Carlos she knew was quite chirpy and energetic, and with a ravenous appetite. But right now, he was picking on his food. The poor boy seemed withdrawn and sad and she caught Damon giving him concerned glances time after time. Did something happen? Nessa couldn't help but feel like everyone around her was keeping secrets from her. Was Damon keeping one from her too?
