Ch 52-Star of Eden

A/N: sorry that I havent uploaded lately... Well more like a month or a bit less but I apologize. I kinda lost motivation to keep writing this fanfic, I wouldn't stop but I would update much less. To counter that I decided to make some new fanfics to freshen up. I wrote my second fanfic, [multiverse coalition] but I didn't manage to get into it. Starting with my hero was a mistake as it was really boring to write, at least for me. Third, I created [Guardian,Soilder,Knight] Wich was based off me and my two brothers. That helped me get into gear so I will be updating soon.

After jumping from rooftop from rooftop we both finally managed to find a nice clearing in a forest nearby the kingdoms walls.

"So what was this 'stuff' you wanted to do Meliodas" Asked Altria.

With a huge smile on my face I took out [Star of Eden] out of my storage. Altria raised an eyebrow, clearly interested at the beautiful re glowing orb in my hand.

"Remember that sword that shoots out fire?" I asked Altria.

"You mean the one you had used to burn down a whole forest?" She asked sarcasticaly.

Ignoring her sarcastic remark "yes it's called [Judgement of Shamash] the seventh of the thirteen divine keys. This bad boy in my hand is called [Star of Eden] 9th of the thirteen" I Introduced the weapon.

"Oh?, if it's called a divine key then I can only guess that it is strong"

"Wellllll not really, not all of the divine keys are battle focused but this one is" Not all Divine Keys were used for battle, [Cosmic Juggernaut] could only be used to travel trough the sea of quanta and to also create a bubble universe and the 5th key, [The Great Hibernation] was used to preserve humans through cryo sleep using the core of the Hershers of Ice.

"I see but they must all have their own used of they bear the title of Divine Key, what does the one in your hand do?"

"It can controll gravity and a little something else" I instantly activated the sphere iny hand causing the pace infornt of us. In a few seconds a black hole started to form. I could have made it a lot bigger and powerful but I didn't want to accidentally suck us in it.

Me and Altria watched the black hole as it sucked in the dirt and bushes around it.

"... Meliodas isn't it getting a bit to big" Asked Altria with a concerned face.

Shit it's getting bigger and bigger.

I immediately turned of [Star of Eden] making all the uprooted trees heading it's way to stop and drop as if gravity had suddenly returned to the world.

With a sigh of relief I looked at Altria who was looking at the destruction left behind by the black hole.

The black hole had grown big enough that it had unrooted multiple trees and left a huge hole in the ground.

"Cool right~" I said with a smug smile

"Indeed it is but... We're did you get it from?, I don't believe you had it before the battle against Agrona?" She asked

"... ✨Magic~✨" I said as I waved my hands creating a rainbow through light manipulation"

"Fine don't tell me" she pouted since I didn't tell her.

Wish I could but she's better of not knowing. I'm good with Merlin being the only one that knows how or at least the half truth I gave him.

"Alright let's go back, I've had my fun already" I said as I trined around to go back, I still have tomorrows banquet to go. I also have to start planing Aiz training plan. Being a spirit myself, I am quite confident that I can help her further her wind powers. I also have a small gift to give her, it'll help boost her power.

"Hm?" That's weird my observation Haki is picking up something, it seems like someone is out in the woods training with a sword in the middle of the night.

"Do you sense them" I asked Altria.

She seems confused by my question but she nodded her head signaling that she didn't.

"Try tinly spreading your energy around you like a dome. It will help detect things around you" I recommend to her.

She closed her eyes as she tried to focus "I can sense that person now, looks like he's training with a sword." Opening her eyes she looked at me. "Thank you for the tip by the way, I didn't know I could use my energy like that" she said thanks.

I wouldn't think of doing that neither if I'm being honest. But watching anime comes in handy at times like this.

"Wana see who they are"

"Yes, let's go"

Seems like we will be taking a detour.

In the dimly lit forest, under the silver moon's glow, a woman with vibrant purple hair cascading down her back moved with an elegant yet fierce grace. Her slender frame was silhouetted against the shadows as she wielded a gleaming sword, each swing cutting through the air with a whispering hiss. The ethereal glow from her hair shimmered like amethyst under the night sky. Amidst the rustling leaves and nocturnal sounds.

But each time she swirling her sword you could notice frustration behind it, each swing becoming harder, more frustrating.

"AHHHH, FUCK!" With a curse she threw the sword to the ground

Scathach Skadi, the sixth child of the noble family Skadi.

The Skadi household have been a lineage of talented knights that have protected Watoria for hundreds of years.

And being a knight family, they focused solely on swordsmanship.

The thing was, Scathach had absolutely no talent for the sword.

From the day she first held a sword in her hand her own father told her that's she had not talent and was. Nothing but a waste and disgrace to the family.

Most would succumb to depression after being told such words by their own father but she didn't.

After that day she practiced and practiced till the skin of her hand fell of.

But in the end it was of no use becuase even after so many years, at best she could swing the sword like an amateur swordsman.

And why would she work so hard?.

It's so that she wouldn't be sold of as a bride, Her bitch of an elder sister recommended to her parents that they should marry her off to another prominent family as an offering.

"*Pant* fuck!, *pant* fuck!" She kept cursing in frustration.

"My, you really are bad at using a sword and a lady also shouldn't say stuck foul words~" Spoke a voice behind her.

Scathach instincts kicked and swing her fist behind her hoping to knock out the person while sneaked up behind her.

*Boom*

Her swing was cought causing a shockwave from the sheer force of her swing. She Might be shit with a sword but she was very confident in her natural strenght.

"Geez, don't just swing at people like that" spoke the man, now having a clear look at him Scathach was surprised.

He was a young looking man with long black hair tied up into a pony tail, and wore an all black outfit.

She jumped back making space between herself and the mysterious man.

"Don't worry I'm not here to hurt you, the name is Meliodas Pendragon. And I'm here to give you an offer"
