बदलाव संसार का नियम है और ये होते रहना चाहिए।हम ही क्या प्रकृति ने भी समय समय पर अपने आपको परिवर्तित करके दिखाया है कि बदलाव जरुरी है। कोई भी चीज़ हमेशा के लिए एक जैसी नहीं हो सकती,एक समय सीमा के बाद उसमें परिवर्तन होना लाजमी है। देश की आजादी के इतने साल बाद और 21वी• सदी मे भी उन पुरानी रुढीवादी बन्दिशों और प्रथाओं को जरुरी नहीं की आगे ले ही जाया जाए ,समय के साथ उसमें बदलाव भी जरुरी है। हमारे देश पहले के राजतन्त्र के समय जो भी राजा हुए सबने अपने अवाम या जनता के लिए एक तरह का कानून चलाया था जो पूरे शासन मे मान्य होते थे...जैसे पहले के मनुस्मृति,मुग़ल शासन के समय अलग कानून फिर ब्रिटिश शासन के समय अलग कानून और अब भारतीय संविधान....सबके अलग अलग नियम कानून होते आए है। सबके सब कानून उस समय की माँग और जरुरत के हिसाब से होते थे।आज संविधान युग है.... आज मैंने एक आर्टिकल मे एक ऐसे महान आदमी के बारे मे पढ़ा और उनके विचारो जो समझने का प्रयास किया तो एक अलग तरह की उलझनों मे फंस गया... फ्रेडरिक नीत्शे एक दर्शन शास्त्री रहे हैं और दर्शन के इतिहास मे सबसे अच्छे वाक्यों मे से एक उनका ये वाला वाक्य रहा है जो उन्होंने दुनिया को बताया और बहुत सारे देश उनके विचारों को अपनाकर अपने देश की व्यवस्थाओं मे अच्छा परिवर्तन होते हुए देखा है.... *यह घोषणा फ्रेडरिक नीत्शे ने 140 वर्ष पहले की थी।यह दर्शन के इतिहास मे सबसे अच्छे वाक्यों मे से एक है।इस दर्शन ने अगले 100 वर्षों में आधी दुनिया को बदल दिया।यूरोप और अमेरिका ने सीख लिया है कि विश्व व्यवस्था को चलाने के लिए ऊपर से कोई भगवान नहीं आएगा,हमें खुद न्याय करना होगा।कानून खुद बनाना होता है,अमल खुद करना होता है और सजा भी खुद ही देनी होती है।देश,राष्ट्र और समाज को ईश्वर के सहारे असहाय और बेबस नहीं छोड़ा जा सकता ।* मुझे इनका वाक्य बहुत अच्छा लगा और भविष्य मे मैं इनपर रिसर्च जरूर करना चाहूंगा क्योंकि ये मुझे एकमात्र ऐसे दार्शनिक लगे जिन्होंने 140 साल पहले ये बात कही थी और इनके बताए हुए रास्ते पर चलकर यूरोप और अमेरिका जैसे देशों ने जो तरक्की की है आज उनसे सम्पूर्ण दुनिया प्रेरणा ले सकती है। *त्रिभुवन गौतम s/o शिव लाल शेखपुर रसूलपुर चायल कौशाम्बी उत्तर-प्रदेश भारत।*
