Jean moved beside him, her eyes following his gaze to the distant mountains. "You're thinking about your sister, aren't you?"

Aether sighed softly, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah. I've stayed here longer than I planned. Mondstadt has become a second home, but I can't shake the feeling that my journey is far from over."

Jean's expression softened, her hand resting briefly on his arm. "You've done more for Mondstadt than we could ever ask. But I know your heart is still searching for Lumine. Don't lose sight of that."

"I won't," Aether replied quietly, looking down at the city below. "But that doesn't make leaving any easier."

"Hey! Aether! Jean! Come on, you've got to see this!" Amber called from below, her usual boundless energy carrying through the stillness of the early day.

Aether and Jean exchanged a smile before heading down to where Amber stood, her bow slung casually over her shoulder. Beside her were Lisa and Rosaria, both of them wearing expressions that reflected their unique personalities—Lisa with her usual playful smirk, and Rosaria as unreadable as ever.

"I've just heard from the Adventurers' Guild," Amber said excitedly. "Strange activity spotted near Liyue's border. Seems like something big might be happening!"

The mention of Liyue made Aether's heart race. A new lead, perhaps the next step in his search for Lumine. He had heard much about the majestic harbor city, its vast landscapes, and the legends that surrounded it. Perhaps, finally, this was where he could find the answers he sought.

Amber beamed at Aether, her excitement contagious. "And no way you're going without me! Liyue's got everything—mountains, cliffs, and the biggest harbor you've ever seen!"

Jean, ever the voice of reason, crossed her arms thoughtfully. "If the Abyss Order is involved, we can't take any chances. But Mondstadt needs to remain secure, especially with the growing threats from the outskirts. We'll need to divide our focus."

Aether nodded, understanding the gravity of her words. "Jean, Mondstadt needs you. You should stay here and continue protecting the city."

Jean hesitated, her eyes reflecting the weight of her responsibilities. "I won't abandon Mondstadt. But if anything happens, send word immediately. You won't face whatever's ahead alone."

"Don't worry," Amber chimed in, a playful grin on her face. "You've got me, and Lisa, and Rosaria! We'll make sure Aether doesn't get into too much trouble."

Lisa chuckled softly. "Trouble always seems to find him, doesn't it? But yes, Liyue's mysteries are too tempting to pass up. Count me in."

Rosaria's eyes glinted with her usual cool detachment. "I'll follow from the shadows. Someone has to keep an eye on things."
