'Silver Age Ruins!' Apollo was surprised that this ruin belonged to the Silver Age. If this ruin belongs to the Silver Age, it means that the ruins are about 7,000 to 10,000 years old. 

Planet Rion civilization has a much longer history than Earth's and is divided into five distinct eras.

They are 'Desolate Age', 'Divine Age', 'Golden Age', 'Silver Age', and at last the current era, 'New Age'. 

Among them, the Silver Age is the smallest era, having only continued for three thousand years. Such that many intellectuals believe that this time period should not be considered an era at all.

This was also the era when the Rion Empire crumbled and was divided into numerous kingdoms by forces. It was the era of slaughter and massacre that destroyed many powerful ancient forces.

This led to the loss of vast knowledge and the inheritance of prana and other divine arts, which weakened the strength of humans to another level. Even today, after thousands of years of reconstruction, we are still not close to that era.

Now, he finally understands why swordmaster Aaron and Miss Roseate were so eager to come to this place. These ruins of the Silver Age might contain vast ancient knowledge or treasures that are hard to find in the current world.

The value of these ruins can be immeasurable, depending on the things found inside them.

As Apollo was talking with his grandfather, the scouts came back, and they seemed to have found something.

"What have you found?" Roseate quickly asked them, as there was nothing around here except broken floors and dust.

"There seems to be a way ahead that leads to an underground place beneath them, and there are things or someone that seems to guard the entrance." 

"Why something? Did you not see what was guarding that place?" 

"No, miss, that underground way is too dark to see anything, and we did not dare make a loud noise as we felt a dangerous, eerie aura there."

Hearing the scout's report, Roseate felt that the underground place might be dangerous and could not help but ask her uncle's opinion.

"Don't worry, they are an elite team and can handle the most dangerous situations. And if something unexpected happens, I will take care of it." 

After getting an assured answer from her uncle, she ordered the group to lead them to the underground passage.

Apollo and everyone followed and were ready to face the first real challenge of their journey.

They continued to go deeper and deeper, where they found broad stairs that seemed to lead to an underground place.

As they came close to the stairs, everyone here felt a dark, eerie aura that creeped them out.

"Let's go."

Master Aaron took the lead and went down, and everyone then quickly followed him from behind.

Slowly, they walked down the stairs that seemed to have no end. This place was so dark that even with their superhuman senses, they could not seem to see more than a few meters ahead of them.

The dark, eerie aura seemed to interfere and block their senses heavily, which is why everyone was being extra careful of the current situation, as they did not know what they were going to face.

"Careful, this place aura can corrode your body."

Master Aaron shouted as he was the strongest and could see quite far even when this place blocks most of their senses. Apollo was also ready to face anything at that moment.

When they felt the weird, eerie aura, they expected something bad, but now the arrival of these beasts has already proved that this place is not an ordinary ruin.

It's not that it is unbeatable; if there is enough support from life energy, they can counter death energy, but it will burn their limited source of life energy quickly, and they also need to be careful to let it not penetrate their body; otherwise, death energy will corrode them from within the body.
