A week passed by. The little guy did nothing but eat and sleep. He had fallen in love with the little treats that Lucas made for him, and Lucas had also gotten much better. Not to mention, the leaves of the Giant Genoberry Tree didn't turn to ashes as easily after it had transformed with the Metal mana.
Due to eating proper mana-rich meals, the little guy had grown a lot. He was now the same length as Lucas's forearm. That day, the Spirit Guide that Sienna had mentioned finally arrived.
He was a short man—or so Lucas thought when he saw his back. He was somewhere just above 5 feet 5 inches. But when he turned around, Lucas was shocked to see that he wasn't a man. He was a boy. A kid. Seeing his expression, both the boy and Sienna laughed.
Sienna said, "Lucas, this is Desmond. He will be your teacher from now on."
