The fight that lasted two seconds.

Anggar transformed into a shooting star and shot straight towards Rui. He in turn swapped with a villain. The poor villain turned into minced meat.

'Damn he's fast. I gotta be careful.' Rui thought.

"Nice dodge rookie. Let's see how long you can keep it up though!" Anggar taunted

Anggar flew straight towards him with a flurry of punches and pierces to kill him quickly and all Rui did was continue dodging and swapping with villains.

Anggar grinned at his choices. It was what he would have done too if his opponent was unknown and aggressive. Making the opponent make all the moves reveals their general skillset and then they could formulate a plan to counter them.

This of course discounted any special moves and secret moves that were hidden well up in the sleeves of all Kings. No one wants to play poker with a mirror behind them.

Well, all except one.

She's the only exception.

"Not bad rookie! You're kinda competent!" Anggar complimented his opponent.

"But you're gonna die today!"

Anggar cursed his opponent.

Anggar crouched. A typical predator position. His hands were clawed and behind his back. He flew straight into the sky and started swirling.

Rui watched with both confusion and the eagerness of a child. What was he gonna do? A King? Will he finally be able to give him the fights he wants?

In place of Anggar were hundreds of small meteors heading straight to Rui. Initially, he wanted to just swap with a villain for and easy escape, but a pang of uncomfortableness surged throughout his body. He felt weird if he let the meteors destroy the environment around him.

He felt discomfort at the thought of his world being destroyed.

Following his new instincts, he met with the meteors mid air and smashed every single one into bits and pieces. The small shrapnels flew outwards heading for the students and villains.

However, another surge of uncomfortableness flowed in his body.

'The students… they must be saved!'

The bits and pieces were flying at near light speed towards the students who would most definitely have died. But they were saved by Rui who grabbed each bit as if they were bullets.

The students were saved, but the villains unfortunately were not. Rui didn't feel the same urge to save them like he did with the students and heroes.

The villains were then riddled with holes like they were a minefield. Many of them flopped to the ground. Dead.

'Wait! Where was the purple dude!'

"The saviour reflex hasn't gotten to you yet? Hah! Take this!" Anggar taunted from above, surprising Rui.

Anggar came crashing down on Rui giving him a spinning kick while in Shooting Star form, giving him extra firepower.

"Too easy!" His taunt was met with an insurmountable amount of pain in his lower abdomen. Double the amount he inflicted on Rui.

Rui had used Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist on the unsuspecting Anggar. Anggar had impeccable offense, but his weakness lies in the defense.

Maybe that's why he's only a veteran. One of many.

Not a Great King, one of five.

Anggar flew straight into sky, vomiting blood. He tried to grabbed his lower abdomen but his hand was snatched away by Rui who pulled him closer and smashed his chin with his palm.

Anggar experienced a minor concussion, but in a fight that lasts only two seconds, all concussion were fatal.

Rui threw him into the ground, now all bloodied and bruised up.

Rui sat atop a roof. The same one he constantly met with the little boy in the alley with.

'So why did I feel the need to save the students and the environment but not the villains?' he asked.

"Well that's simple. This is now your world. Remember that. And you are the King. It's necessary for a competent King to feel the need to protect his Kingdom and its innocent citizens. Disregarding the villains however, is all on you. It differs from King to King how they view the bad guys in their worlds. Some protect, some don't."

'When did I get this need to do so?'

"When you rose to the throne."

"Anggar got defeated? By a rookie no less? Send me the tape. I've got to learn how he got messed up!" A lady, sitting on a gaming chair requested of her patron.

"Anggar lost? His defense… I've always told him to work on it!" In a fit of anger, a short burly man threw a knife into the wall.

"When I see you…"

His eyes glowed a dark purple.

Legs crossed, wine in one hand, empty in another.

His eyes watched closely onto the holographic projection being displayed right in front of him.

A thoughtful hum escaped his mouth.

An unknown figure asked their patron.

"That's stupid. He's stupid. They're both stupid. Don't send me their notifications again."

News spread throughout all the heads of Kings. A known veteran got visibly messed up by a rookie. Almost everyone had seen the video. And almost everyone watched with amazed eyes.

This seems to be the turn the Kings needed.

"Reports says that two men appeared in a facility for U.A and clashed in a battle. They shortly appeared bruised up and bloodied. One was found to be dead while the other escaped.

When officials attempted to retrieve the body of the person who died dissipated into thin air, making the officials wondering if this is a work of a quirk.

This is Channel 5 News, and I'm Shinji Kagawa wishing you a goodnight."

The TV was promptly switched off.

"I need to know who those fucks are! But HOW?"

Tomura Shigaraki would have asked Kurogiri. But Kurogiri had appeared to have been blown into pieces during the failed raid.

Tomura only barely managed to escape with his life when the heroes managed to subdue most of the villains. Even the Nomu had been blown into bits and pieces.

"I swear… if you stopped me from doing what I wanted… I'll make sure father kills you!"

As a King, you are privy to all information regarding other Kings, from all universes. This information however is only about fights and deaths. Nothing else.

Names that constantly pop up in the information tend to get recognised and slowly they get prestige as those who constantly win battles. Slowly the community bestowed titles of all sorts to them, but most prominently they are

Veterans

and

Great Kings.

Veterans are self explanatory. Great Kings work like Yonkos in OP.
