Chapter 73: Saving a Kidnapped Family

"On second thought, I'm a busy man. See ya."

Kurono vanished the moment he said that. The girl was frightened when she saw him suddenly disappeared. The girl looked around but didn't see him. "Where did he go?"

Kurono appeared on the rooftop. This time he turned invisible first, before starting once again to search around for that Advanced Black Sphere.

As he teleported around, he saw many even inside many room. There are some people who was watching TV, cooking, making love, and many empty rooms. On a certain room, he saw a man who hanged himself on the ceiling in an attempt to kill himself.

"Oy you! What is wrong with you?" yelled Kurono at the man. He jumped forward and used his sword to cut the rope that tied the man. The man dropped down on the floor, and coughed repeatedly from getting suffocated by the rope.

"What have you done?" yelled the man. "Do you know you ruined my plan. I braved myself to end my life, and you just have to save me?"

"Hey man. Cool it down." said Kurono, trying to calm the man. "Let sit down first, and talk it out."

"What's there to talk about? My life is ruined. Those guys with black suits came in, asking for me to pay the loan that I borrowed from them. I couldn't pay them. So, they took away my daughter, and my wife."

"What? Then you go suicide? Why don't you go and report it to the police?"

"Those police are corrupted. They and those black suited people have connected with each other. Even if I report them, I knew I wont get anywhere." said the man. Tears were flowing out of his eyes. "Ah ha ha..hu hu. My wife, and my precious daughter...those shitty people...If I die, I will haunt them! So, let me die!"

Once again, the man prepared a rope to tie his neck. However, Kurono confiscated those rope. This caused the man to get angry. "The f@#k are you trying to interfere in my business? Who the hell are you anyway?"

"I can help you rescue your family. Tell me where did those black suited men took them."

"You helping me? Get out! You are just a young man. What can you even do to those guy with weapon?" scolded the man. Somehow, he is starting to lost interest in suicide, after being disturbed by this unknown boy.

"Go. Don't get yourself involved with my trouble." said the man. He then sat on a couch, silently crying while thinking about his own fate. Why did he even took the loan in the first place? Although he needed money to pay up all of his debt, and expenses, he shouldn't have taken the loan.

"I can help you." repeated Kurono. Before the man could scold him once more, Kurono hold his right shoulder, and brought him up on the rooftop.

"Ah! What happened? What did you do?" exclaimed the man in shock. He was so surprised that they instantly appeared out of his rented apartment.

"I have some superpowers. Just now, I teleported you out of your room." said Kurono, smiling at the man. "So now, tell me where did those black suited man brought your family?"

"That, that...over there." the man was unable to believe what he just experienced for a moment. Then, hope crept in his heart. He hurriedly pointed towards another tall building in the distance.

"Another tall building? And there are black suited people living there?" Kurono suddenly have a hunch that he will find what he was searching for in that building. He then looked at the man and asked, "By the way, do those black suits looked like this?"

Kurono showed his Gantz Suit to the man. Instantly, the man expression changed, and become wary of Kurono. Some hint of anger also appeared on his face. "You! Are you also one of them?"

"Who? Me? You are wrong man. I'm not one of them." replied Kurono, shaking his head.

"Then, why do you have the same suits?"

"This suit...is a justice suit." lied Kurono. "Those people, they seems to misused these suits to do wrong deed. I should go punish them. Let's go rescue your family."

The man still not feeling convinced with Kurono's words. However, Kurono already brought him towards the rooftop of the other tall building. He then talk to the man, "To clear your doubt, I will tell you first, that I'm not from this country. I'm a Japanese person."

This time there was a change in the man's expression. He observed Kurono closely, and saw that he got the Asian vibe on him. Then man then kneeled down in front of Kurono and begged, "Please. Please rescue my wife and daughter."

"Just tell me if you know where those people took you wife and daughter."

"I know where they usually gather. They are on the sixteenth floor." said the man.

"I see. How many rooms are there?"

"I'm not sure. I didn't count. However there are roughly twenty five doors in one floor."

"Okay then. We are going to do that many times of space jump. So be prepared to tell me if you see your wife or daughter." reminded Kurono.

After that, he hold onto the man, and turned themselves into invisible. After he did that, he teleported both of them onto the sixteenth floor.

Kurono proceeded to teleport from one room to another, while letting the man look attentively at each of the place. On the seven jump, just as they appeared, the heard a girl's scream coming from the room next door.

"That's my daughter. Hurry! we need to go there!"

Kurono nodded and teleported to the next room. In that room, two naked man was laughing excitedly, while trying to catch a young girl. The girl was already half naked, and most of her clothes was torn down.

On one couch at the side, a lady who looked late thirty to early fourty was tied on the couch. Her mouth was being covered with her own underpants, while her body was left naked.

A half naked middle-aged man was seen licking the lady on her genital part, while looking lustfully at her breasts. The lady couldn't scream, and only able to cry silently.

"SON OF A B@#CH!!"

The man at Kurono's side rushed forward and tried to beat those two man, who are in the middle of playing the young girl. However, before he reached the two man, Kurono already jumped forward and punched the two, sending them slamming on the wall. The two dropped down, and fainted there.

The half naked middle aged man heard the commotion, and turned back to look. What met his face was a kick from Kurono. Although Kurono controlled the power in his kick, it still caused the man to drop down unconscious.

Seeing that Kurono already took down all three of the molesters, the man that came together with Kurono then focused taking care of his family.

"Father!?" exclaimed the young girl.

"It's okay Clara. I'm here to rescue you both." said the man. He found a bedsheet, and used it to cover his daughter. On the other hand, Kurono used his sword to cut the rope that tied the lady, and released her. Kurono took of his upper clothes and covered the lady's naked body.

"Jericho!!"

"Carrey!"

The lady cried when she saw her husband and run towards the man. Jericho hugged her and his daughter. The family cried, despairing themselves for getting into this trouble.

"Guys. I know that this is your reunion time, but we got to leave this place first." advised Kurono. Jericho was reminded with their current situation. He hurriedly brought the two towards Kurono, and asked, "Can you help us escape from here?"

"That's what I wanted to do." replied Kurono. He then teleported Jericho and his family back to their own apartment. "You guys are safe now."

"No, those men in black suits are still out there. They might come back here to attack us." said Jericho, feeling anxious.

"You don't need to worry about them. Just stay here, and I'll come back after I settle some matters relates to those people." said Kurono. He then vanished once again.

"Hey... what's that?" exclaimed Carrey. "How is he able to vanish just like that? Also, how did we suddenly appear in our home?"

"He is...a person with superpowers." replied Jericho. "Let's get out of this place."

"What about his reminder to wait for him?"

"Although he saved us, it is not known whether he have a good a bad intention to us."

After that, Jericho packed up, and brought his family away from that place. He intended to hid his family away from those black suited men.

Back at the place where Kurono beat the three man, he appeared once again inside the place. He kicked the half naked middle-aged man. "Get up! I got some questions for you."

When the man woke up, he saw Kurono was standing beside him, and hurriedly backed away. "Hard-Suit!"

Right then, a Hard-Suit appeared, and equipped onto the man. "How dare you kick my face. Now, I will cut your guts open. Prepare yourself!"

The man in Hard-Suit moved forward, and used the equipped swords to cut Kurono. However, the sword just passed through Kurono's body. At the same time, Kurono stretched out his hand, which passed through the man's suit, and hold on to the head of the man inside. With a yank, Kurono pulled out the man away from his equipped Hard-Suit, and threw him to the wall.

"Argh! What did you do?" said the man. His face turned pale. What just happened was too hard for him to believe.

"Answer my question, or die!" said Kurono, holding out his sword and pointing it close to the man's head.

"Alright... alright, alright. What do you want to know?"

"Why are you all allowed to use those suits to endanger normal people?"

"That...we are the personal guard to the masters, who controlled the black spheres. So, we were given some privileges to use the suit." replied the man.

"Masters? Where are these guys?" asked Kurono.

"There are on the top floor of this building." the man replied honestly. Right now, he was frightened at the ability of this guy. He was sure that the guy in front of him could kill him anytime he wanted. That's why, he directly told the truth.

"Is that so?" Kurono then looked up, and X-rayed the floor above. In that instant, he saw many people above in a Gantz suits. Up on the highest floor, he saw the familiar bigwigs that he have seen in the original Gantz story.

On a room that have a wide space, Kurono saw a big black ball, being guarded by several men who were equipped with Hard-Suit. A guy with glasses, who was holding onto a tab, and delivering some commands to the Gantz inside the black ball.

"Finally! I found it!" said Kurono, showing a big smile as soon as he saw the Advanced Black Sphere. He then looked at the middle-aged man and said, "For your honest answer, I will let you live."

"Thank you. Thank you sir." said the man, kneeling and bowing his head towards Kurono.

Kurono then vanished from that place. When the man heard Kurono, he felt relieved as if he was being amnestied from his biggest mistake.

"What a freak! Is he an alien? How is it that he could turn intangible? And that teleportation ability, that is beyond human." When the man thought back to how easily Kurono yanked him out of that Hard-Suit, he got terrified.

"Who are you calling freak?"

Suddenly, Kurono appeared back inside the room. He constricted his eyes and looked deeply at the man.

"Sorry! I'm really sorry! I didn't meant to insult you Sir." said the man. He hurriedly kowtowed on the floor, and apologized to Kurono. Right now, his back was full of sweat. Damn my mouth! I'm going die! thought the middle-aged man.

"I forget about what you have done to them."

"Them?"

"The people that you kidnapped, and about to rape."

"I'm really sorry. I was being an asshole. I will apologize to those family. I will even compensate for their losses." said the man. He even added, "I swear! I will do it."

"That's good. I'll remember your words." nodded Kurono. He then vanished, but with some last words, "I already marked you and those two. You better do what you promised. Otherwise, you will know the consequences."

Then man kneeled for a long time. When he felt that Kurono was no longer getting back into the room he sighed in relief.

After that, he approached the two unconscious men on the side. He looked at the two with a furious look. If these two didn't tempt him to do bad thing to those family, he wouldn't be in this kind of trouble. He then took out a sword, and beheaded the two men.
