Game of Thrones-The Black Lord

(Sequel To “For The Queen, Not The Prince”) It all started in Summerhall. Aegon The Unlikely’s attempt at resurrecting the Dragons was successful but at the cost of his life. The fire was able to be put out, not before it took Aegon V's life as well as his son, Ser Duncan The Tall, and a few rooms. Ever since then, the events that decide the fate of Westeros had vastly changed. Dragons had returned; it was said that during the night of the fire, a bright crimson comet was seen in the night sky. During the end of King Aerys’s reign, a Rebellion started. But it wasn’t started by Robert Baratheon due to Rhaegar’s actions. Robert instead fought for the Targaryens and was married to a Princess which resulted with them having a son, Rhaegon. Rhaegon Baratheon is the rider of Morghul, a massive Black Dragon that Hatched at the end of the Rebellion started by the River Dragon. He was not just named after the Dragon that was bound to Aegon III's first wife and cousin, Jaehera but because of Rhaegon's unique sense of humor as he inherited his mother's spirit. Storm

[Back to The Present, A Week After the Battle of Summerhall]

[Storm's End]

(Third Person POV)

Inside the main supper chambers, sitting on the large and long table, Rhaegon had his face on the table, groaning loudly.

"Why must all of you stress me out....." His voice muffled

Behind him, the Sand Snakes stood, each of them had a slight smile on their face.

Across from Rhaegon, Robert sat as well, looking down at the table as he occasionally looked over at Shaena Targaryen, who sat at the head of the table, saying nothing. On the opposite side of the table, Selyse sat down with Shireen next to her. Every one of them was silent as Rhaegon's groaning.

Shaena looked to her side, Rhea Storm sat there, with a nervous look in her eyes, shifting uneasily as she glanced over at Rhaegon.

It had been a week after the Battle of Summerhall, Rhaegon had spent the majority of it cleaning his castle up as his Father returned to Storm's End, sending men across the Stormlands to search for Stannis Baratheon. Rhaegon confronted Robert about the sudden revelation and Robert dismissed him almost immediately claiming that Summerhall had to be cleaned up.

Rhaegon proceeded to clean it up and after said week, he flew to Storm's End with the Sand Snakes, where Rhea was already taken.

Now, they had what they called a "Family Meeting", without Monica, who was in the library, studying.

The Lord of Storm's End was particularly nervous, considering his Wife's gaze was piercing right through him.

He cleared his throat, "Can anyone say fucking anything?" He said, "Besides this one's groaning? It's unsettling me!"

Rhaegon immediately stood up and slammed his hands on the table, "You know what, fuck you!" He shouted with a scowl

Robert returned the scowl, "What did you say?!" He said as he stood up as well, "I am your Father, boy."

"Ooh, Rhaegon's gotten feisty." Nymeria muttered

"Quiet." Obara nudged her in the elbow

"I will not have you disrespect me in my own halls, boy." Robert said, "I don't care if you-"

"Sit down, Husband." Shaena spoke up

Robert stopped and looked at her, "U-Uhm..." He said before sitting back down

It was a rare sight, seeing the Storm Lord be flustered. He's the man who constantly defies Tywin Lannister and speaks up against the King himself. Despite his loyalty to the Crown, Robert speaks his mind freely.

Rhaegon pointed at him, "You had another kid this entire time and you didn't say anything?!" He said, "What the hell gives you the right to hide my sister from me? Huh?!"

Robert crossed his arms and said nothing, glancing at Rhea who looked away.

"Your Father didn't know." Shaena said, "Well, not after ten years."

Rhaegon looked at him bewildered, "A-And you didn't bring her in when she was ten?!" He exclaimed, "The fuck is your problem?!"

"That is none of your concern, boy." He said

"If I had found out, he would've been a snack for Meylax." Shaena chuckled, "This foolish husband of mine....."

She reached over to Rhea's hand and grabbed it, rubbing it gently as Rhea gave her a nervous smile.

"A child doesn't choose its parents. A daughter doesn't choose her father." She said softly as she patted Rhea's cheek, "Rhea Storm is but an innocent girl who had nowhere to go. Robert thought that I would do anything to her should I found out. To the both of them. But why would I? It's not her fault he decided to be unfaithful."

"Wife." Robert warned

"But that's the truth, Robert." Shaena said seriously, "You were unfaithful to me."

Rhaegon looked at Robert, "Yea....I guess that's true..."

"Alright, it's the truth, dammit!" He said, "I was stupid back then, I didn't take her threats seriously. But she's...her mother was the only one....I swear it."

"Yea, you say that." Rhaegon muttered as he sat back down, "So what now?"

"What do you mean?" Robert asked

"What do you think I mean?" Rhaegon said, "You can't have your daughter running around as a maid, she's my sister."

"She's a Storm." Robert said, "There's no changing that."

Rhea looked at Robert, "I-I am fine..." she said softly

"She'll be at Summerhall." Shaena said, "With you, Rhaegon."

Rhaegon looked at her, "You serious?"

"Very." She said, "But there is so much to be done. Especially about this Stannis situation."

Selyse shifted as Shireen looked up, "M-My Princess...." She spoke up, "W-What would be done about...."

"You know." Robert cut her off, "You know damn well. He's a traitor."

"There's not helping it, Aunt." Rhaegon said grimly, "We have to find him. He's gotten himself involved in something worse than any of us can comprehend."

"M-My Lord....M-My Prince..." Selyse stood up, "I-I-I beg of you.....please reconsider...."

"He was my brother, Selyse. And he betrayed me." Robert said with a dead-serious look in his eye, "He betrayed Rhaegon and attacked his home. That is a direct insult to the Crown."

"It's either Fire or The Wall." Rhaegon said, "But I doubt he'll willingly take the black."

Both Father and Son were quite serious about this topic. They didn't like it, but they knew what had to be done about it.

"Y-You...." Selyse said, "Okay....I will accept whatever punishment shall fall upon us....."

"None." Rhaegon said, "It's not like you conspired with him and his Red Woman. Right?"

"No, of course not..." Selyse said

"Then you have nothing to worry about." Rhaegon said

"Can we all go on with our day now?" Robert said, "I have things to do. My men are constantly traversing the Stormlands to find Stannis, I have duties to attend, Shaena."

"Sure sure." Shaena waved him off, "Go."

Robert stood up and walked out of the room as Rhea nervously looked at him.

Rhaegon sighed, "Can't believe this..."

Tyene walked up to him and patted him on the shoulder, "It'll be alright, lover."

Rhaegon frowned, "Not in front of company..." He muttered

"Hehe." Tyene leaned in and kissed his cheek

Rhea looked away as she saw this, almost taken aback.

"Rhaegon." Shaena said, "We should speak. Alone."

"About what?" Rhaegon asked

"A topic you might be interested in." Shaena said with a slight smile, "Our dear Ancestor."

"You know who."
