Evelyn came back once in a while. But Alex told her not to do so since Alex felt a few presences the first time she came back. He told her to come only on the auction day.
Luckily, they did not try anything funny. If not, Alex might be forced to kill them. Alex already made a Sound Insulation Array so they could not pry his conversation with Anna. So, they could only wait for a silent room for the entire week.
Alex did not know who sent them, but it was clearly from the Royal Family. They might come because Evelyn came back to the castle, or they were sent by the prince or princess that he met earlier. But in any case, they could not get anything from him.
After the whole week, Evelyn finally came back.
"Knock Knock."
"Big brother Alex. The auction will start in two hours," Evelyn said from outside.
Alex nodded. Anna immediately wore her black veil. Both of them then came out of the room.
"Let's go."
"Un."
