Enayet's First Day at Work.

Today was the day Enayet would start a new change in him and the people around him.

Reality didn't go as planned.

Ennimori Village, on the streets.

The day had just started, and people were crowding all over the place.

"GET OUT!!! I don't want him to work for me!" A shout came suddenly.

In an item shop, Enayet could be seen standing with his head down and Mia standing in front of him, confronting a middle-aged man. The middle-aged man was the owner of the item shop.

The shop owner was happy that Mia had come up with a new guy who could work for him. He became immediately delighted about it because he was having trouble handling the shop alone these days. When he looked at who it was, he immediately panicked. No matter how Enayet changed, he recognized him immediately.

Enayet had his head down afraid to say something and Mia in front of him said."Uncle Roger, don't be fooled by people. They spew whatever they can to make themselves feel better. And uncle, I know you are a good person; you can help him."

Mia knows the whole village by now. In the whole village, she can say who can be open-minded, goodwilled and accept Enayet by who he is. Because it was Uncle Roger who also accepted her first despite knowing her crimes.

Sure enough, uncle Roger calmed down; he couldn't argue after seeing that puppy face. He thought Mia could change so can Enayet too, maybe.

He said. "Fine, then first I need to see something for myself."

He walked past Mia and came in front of Enayet, saying, "Hey, I am not like those guys in the village, and I can have you work here, but let me ask you this: why do you want to work?"

Enayet looked up and spoke firmly. "I want to be recognized by everyone, so I decided to start from a place that would accept me for who I am."

Roger was shocked to hear this. He didn't expect to see this kind of maturity in this little guy. He has another identity that no one knows. He had seen many types of people but saw few kids with this much maturity at this age.

Roger smiled and patted his head. "Well, you look at that. You kid, has a bright future ahead of you." he looked at Mia. "Mia, show him around. You may have to listen to him from now on in the future."

Mia happily nodded upon hearing this. She took Enayet's hand and started showing him around.

After showing him around, Mia started cleaning the shop.

Enayet came to the counter and stood on a stool. He waited for someone to come.

After waiting for a while, someone finally came. The guy who came was about to say something, but seeing Enayet, he stuttered. "Wh- Why ar-e you here?"

Enayet started explaining with an apologizing face. "Sir, I work here from today onwards."

"How? how can the owner give you this job?"

Roger suddenly came from another room and said. "Why can he work here? Is he a monster or something? Or are you a grown man who got scared of a rumor?"

The guy got angry, he felt he was being humiliated. He walked in front of the counter and said while gritting his teeth."Hey, kid. Can you give me some spring grass?"

"Yes, sir. How much do you need?"

"Five stalks."

"Thank you, sir. Please wait." Enayet came down from the stool and went to take out the spring grass. He came back with it and climbed up the stool. "Sir, here are your five stalks of spring grass."

The guy took it and paid the money. while he was leaving, he said. "Hmph, who will be afraid of a little brat?"

He left, leaving this sentence.

Roger and Mia laughed at his words. He said. "That guy sure has self-esteem."

He looked at Enayet and said with a smile." And you, You should smile little seeing customers. Don't be serious like this and greet them all the time."

Enayet became embarrassed. He said this with his hand on his head. "Okay, I will."

Roger left hearing his reply. Mia came to Enayet, she said. "Enayet, I believe you can do this. Also, I have to leave to go do other works."

"Sis, Don't you work here? Why are you leaving?" Enayet asked curiously.

"The only thing I can do is cleaning. So I clean many shops and houses." Mia said calmly

"Sis, That's a lot of work. Can you handle it?" Enayet became worried.

"Silly, I have been doing this all these years. How can I not handle this?" Mia replied with a smile.

Mia left quite later, saying that, and Enayet started prompting himself for work.

At night.

Mia and Enayet came back home. Mia looked at Enayet and saw that he was feeling a little gloomy.

Mia asked. "What happened today? I saw you gloomy like this the moment I met you outside the store."

Enayet said quietly, "Sis, for me, not many people came to the store. I feel I am doing harm to Uncle Roger."

Mia now understood what had happened. She just said."Don't worry about it. I also have that moment. Let people get used to it."

Enayet gradually recovered from his gloomy face. He said. "Then, sis, how was your day?"

Mia just smiled and said, "It was fine."

Enayet felt that something was wrong with that smile, but he just stopped thinking about it later.

Mia said. "Let's go eat something, you may be very hungry." Enayet nodded to that.

They then went to eat to announce that their work today is over.
