Battling the Bandits - 2

Slash.

Leon slashed down a bandit by his chest. He dodged to his right after that.

Bang

An axe smashed into the ground on his left. He did a one-eighty-degree spin to his right while swinging his sword.

Slash

The guy who smashed the ground with an axe got his head chopped off.

Leon then swung his sword to his left without watching anything. It cut down a guy rushing at him with a dagger by surprise.

He took that guy's dagger and ducked it down. An arrow went past above his head. After evading this attack he threw the dagger in his hand at the archer.

Shuuuu, Puch.

The dagger zoomed into the archer's head.

Leon went on like this battle back and forth. There could be only scream heard by bandits.

Thirteen breaths of time later.

TipTipTip..

Blood dripped down from Leon's sword meanwhile he walked toward a bandit.

Around Leon was full of dead bodies with now bandits added. There is no one left.

The only bandit left is the guy that in Leon was approaching while panting. However, There was a slight smile on him.

With the gloomy atmosphere, the white shirt drenched in blood, blood marks on his face, the starry night sky in the background, and that slight smile, made him look a little charming.

But it was not for the guy on the ground. He was shaking non-stop. He said with a trembling voice."Please..please leave me alone. I won't do anything. I promise."

Leon came close to him and said with a smirk."I am so sorry. I can not do that. I am doing a little justice here. So.."

"You have to die." Leon cut his head with his remaining smile.

He was smiling like that because he is not like that time when he did it with the guardian. He genuinely enjoyed his 'slaughter' and the drive he got from the battle. So this smile is from that, that sarcastic talk came from the remaining he has now.

"Hey kid, you didn't let me do anything. You were hurrying me for nothing." Boa came to him with a stern face.

In her heart right now, she is thinking. 'Who is this kid? He is as skilled as the princes and princesses, along with some geniuses in the capitals. Is he like those geniuses who come from out of nowhere? Maybe.'

"Sorry about that," Leon said while glancing at his shaking hand. This shaking was coming from the excitement he had from fighting the bandits.

"Brother!!" Enayet came running at him, giving a shout.

Leon looked at Enayet. He was about to greet him but he started thinking of something. 'Will he be scared of me? I killed so many people. Was it a good idea anyway?'

Enayet didn't let Leon to further think about anything, he said excitedly."Brother, you were so awesome there. You got rid of these bad guys so cool way. Like how you did that....Then you attacked that guy like that..."

Boa on the side said."Hey, looks like you did bring a smile on your brother's face."

"Yea I did." Leon smiled.

"Brother, can you teach me all your moves?" Enayet asked with eagerness.

"Of course, I will teach you all the best moves," Leon promised him.

"Yeaaa!" Enayet pumped his fists in the air.

Boa suddenly said."Let's leave. I feel like there seems to be something in this place.

Leon instantly became serious."Yes, I know. I know what will happen."

Leon just finished his words, figures started emerging from dark corners. On the main road, from a distance, a group was coming toward them. Leading them was a fat man, with red hair.

Enayet shakingly pointed his finger at that fat man."Brother, that's the guy. He did all this. His name is Joppa."

Leon looked in Joppa's direction, it was as Enayet described him. With a fat body, ugly face, and disgusting smile. That was screaming to punch the shit out of it.

Leon said to Boa."Miss, you should get ready. Now we have much bigger trouble."

"Guess, their leader is here." Boa pulled her bow and was ready to shoot anytime.

"Basically." Leon took Enayet behind him and drew out his sword.

Joppa came in front of them in a couple of seconds. Leon and Joppa were standing ten meters apart from each other.

Joppa without wasting no time immediately started cursing them."You fuckers should be the ones who did this to my men by the looks of it. Kill them you all! Don't get scared, they are already tired now after the fight."

"Yes, boss"

"kahah, Let's go."

"The girl is mine."

Leon with a stern face said to Enayet. "Enayet, Don't be scared by these clowns. You know how cool your brother is right?"

Enayet nodded with a face that had no fear in it.

Leon sighed in relief seeing it. However, inside his heart, he was complaining. 'Shit, what can I do now? I am feeling too tired. Anyway, I and her can clear all these mobs but what can I do after that? there is that big boss standing. He won't sit quietly after seeing me butchering his men.'

Leon didn't have time to thought much because the bandits are already close.

Leon said to Boa."Let's-"

"Kill them all!!"

A shout came from a house's roof. Leon glanced at it and saw five figures jumping down at the bandits. The one leading it was the leader he saw in his village, the one fighting the Fire Mane Lion, the leader of Boa, Alpin.

Behind Alpin were the mage guy, the other two swordsmen, and an additional one that surprisingly he knew. It was the guy that told them about the roasted rabbit stall.

Alpin took out his sword and came down with a horizontal slash.

Boom.

Pebbles and rocks shot out everywhere from the place the leader slashed. Those pebbles and rocks also injured the nearby ones. A small crater formed where the leader was, and beneath him were two badly mutilated corpses.

His team also came with a bang by killing one or two. They didn't waste time like their leader, they indiscriminately started fighting everyone except their own.

Alpin looked at Joppa with seething anger."You will pay for this."

Then he dashed forward to Joppa amidst all the bandits. Anyone that came close to him was chopped in half.

Joppa didn't show any fear. Instead, he said confidently."Oh, I will pay for what I have done. Then come and let me see what you do. Hahahah.."

Meanwhile,

Leon looked at Boa."Hey, your leader seems pretty pissed. I think we maybe safe now."

But Boa showed became worried at his words."No, when sir Alpin becomes angry he loses, basically in every fight."
