Secrecy

"Hey, why didn't Caila put it up?"

"Yeah. Care to share Ms. De Leon?"

"Just tell us Az, c'mon!"

"You'd be deaf sooner or later if you don't tell them." Primo snorted at the scene on front of him. The three boy surrounding Azeria at the table. Leroy and Aki on each ear whilst Eos was towering behind her. She was trying to, strangely, cover her nose using her two hands, contemplating to whether to just calmly walk away or shove their faces away from hers with the palm of her hands. "It'll be easier if you tell us." Leroy whispered to hear ear in a sing-song voice, though audible for all to hear. This made Azeria grumble, making the two boys beside her slightly flinch. "You know, this is really suspicious since you can't make them stay in the same room unless there's a competition going on or there's a gun pointed to them. And now, it's like Azeria swore to secrecy for her." Eos said, his two hands placed on his hips as he looked down at the girl in front of him. His eyebrows were creased, trying to figure out what happened and how. "You know, you three can't really crack me under pressure because I've been under more pressure than this just by being me. This is just giving me nausea since I smell Aki's breathe that reeks of black coffee and Leroy's, which is the epitome of butterflies." Primo chuckled, observing the his brother and friend breathe out unto their palms to inhale its smell.

"Can't you just tell us the reason why you can't tell us?" Aki whined, shuffling a little on his seat to move slightly away from Azeria. "There's nothing to tell." She said, using a sweet-honey like tone which the four couldn't trust completely. Eos finally went and took a seat in front of Azeria, his elbows rested on the table while his fingers intertwined as his chin rested on both his thumbs. He was looking directly at Azeria which made her slightly creeped out by his stare. "What gramps? got tired by standing you're just gonna have a staring contest with me instead?" She taunted, but Eos didn't budge. He didn't show any reaction and just continued with laying his eyes on the girl.

Azeria rolled her eyes at this, getting annoyed at their efforts. "It's like some great cataclysm happened last year and now you're life is finally full of mysteries and about uncovering secrets, which is actually so inconvenient for you." Primo laughed, enjoying the circumstances now that Azeria returned. "It's not exactly inconvenient, it's just that when these two get involved." Her eyes squeezed shut, her hand going to her forehead to massage it, hoping to reduce at least small a portion of her headache. "You know," Eos started, laying his hands down on the table, removing his gaze from Azeria to the three boys. "We can just ask Caila." He suggested, a smirk creeping unto his face. Azeria's eyes squinted at him while her mouth was slightly ajar, looking at him with disbelief. "You do know that would just be rude, intrusive, and nosy, right?" She asked, resulting to Eos looking back at her with his brow raised. "You do know that the papers you both failed to put up is our grades and as a part of the student council, we had the right to know?" HIs face inched closer to Azeria's, slightly taunting her to answer back. "I second that." Aki raised his hand, making all four others look at him. "I third." Leroy followed next, a giddy smile painted on his lips. "Sorry Ze-ze, I fourth." Primo lazily put up his hand for the others to see his agreement.

"Look, my reason is just for us to receive lesser prejudice. Hers is whatever it is. I don't really have a say so you can ask her whenever and wherever you want since you were last years student council, but just as her cousin, you wouldn't like her reason even if it is valid." She said, finally standing up. Their eyes followed her figure as she sighed and took her bag. She looked at each of them before making her way to the door. "Lunch is over, you guys spent ore than 1 hour bugging me. Let's go." She went outside, expecting the four to follow behind.

The boys looked at each other, nervous if they hit a spot which shouldn't even be grazed at. "You know dearies, a secret's a secret. Most secrets are formed because of a person's insecurity, she'll tell you when it needs to be told or when she's finally ready. Don't force it out." The owner of the store approached the table, a plastic of strawberry flavored treats hanged on her hand. She handed it to Primo carefully, which he gladly took from her wrinkle hands. "That's her best friends when you four aren't around. Just a sorry would suffice but that would make her feel more better." She said with a gentle smile, patting Primo's head as if he was her own grandchild. "Thanks Auntie." He stood up from his chair to embrace the lady, thanking for her care and concern. "Oh, don't be silly. You five are like my dear grandchildren, sometimes pets if you're extra rowdy." She laughed patting Primo's back. The three went and joined Primo in thanking and hugging the woman, making he atmosphere so bright and warm. "Oh, you best be on your way, she's not gonna wait for you any longer." She said as soon as the four pulled out, ushering them to take their belongings and towards the door. They turned their head back again to her to wave goodbye, in which she gladly returned.

They immediately ran to Azeria, catching up beside her. "Took you guys long enough." She huffed, not even looking at them. Their hurried steps towards her made her know who they were. "We were just curious, we shouldn't have overstepped." Eos was the first to speak, his breath slightly ragged because of running. "We trust what you said about our results, we just wanted to know your reasons." Aki followed next, his now serious tone contrasted his usual. "We didn't mean to pry, thought it was just okay to rile you up a bit." Leroy sighed out, obviously as bad as Azeria with apologies. Primo came next, not uttering anything but silently handing Azeria the sweet-filled plastic their auntie gave to them for her. She gave it a side-glance, and upon seeing all the red and pink colored sweets, the inside of her mouth slightly salivated and her hands were faster than her mind, taking the bag from Primo. He chuckled at his friends reaction, not really surprised how her mood got on a full 180 when she saw what was inside.

Azeria was shook off of her saccharine-filled thoughts when she heard Primos chuckle, and the three others' snickers. "It doesn't actually help when you don't say the exact word." She still didn't look at them, her eyes fixated on the contents of the bag. "Sorry." They said in unison, slightly sounding forced. But it was enough for Azeria, seeing as she finally aid eyes on the four with a smile.
