Chapter 285: Unsettled

Thankfully, Lin Keke didn't say anything. Instead, she quickly gathered up the bags lying on the floor, into her arms and stuffed them into the wardrobe.

Chen Kai sighed in his heart, thinking that this misunderstanding might never be cleared up. He wondered how this gorgeous girl would see him, but then he realized that it wasn't a big deal. After all, he had no intention of invading anyone's privacy.

Seeing Chen Kai still standing there with no intention to leave, Lin Keke finally couldn't help but mumble under her breath.

"Aren't you leaving? I need to change into my pajamas."

Only then did Chen Kai come to his senses. He chuckled awkwardly and left the room.

Thankfully, nothing dramatic happened that evening. Lin Keke felt it was still early, so she went back to the living room to watch TV with her sisters. Qin Xiang, however, felt sleepy because she had to get up early the next morning. Regardless of what her sisters were up to, they weren't her problem.
