He Ruoxue stood in front of the window, looking at the drizzle outside. She flipped through the channels on television to find something good to watch, but all of them were broadcasting news about the recent earthquake. Exasperated, she tossed the remote control on the sofa. "All the channels are reporting about this earthquake, it's so annoying! Who cares about the death of a few thousand people?"

He Ruoxue was about to turn the television off when she heard that recent graduates of the Jiang City Military Academy were summoned to support the rescue operations in the disaster area. Her eyes lit up. "Why, isn't that the school He Lanjin attended?"
