CHAPTER 36

" Does it feel good?" Josh asked.

" I really needed this!" Shirley admitted when the scalp massage felt really good.

Josh chuckled, " maybe we can have a massage session!" 

" That's quite beyond don't you think?" Shirley asked surprised.

" We are good friends, I don't see anything bad in that!" Josh said looking at her intensely.

" Are you sure?"

" Yes Shirley!" 

" forget it, I'm sleepy!" Shirley said standing up!

" If you say so! I'm also sleepy and tired! Good night!" Josh said standing up.

" Good night too!" Shirley said.

" If you need anything, just find me in my room!" Josh said and Shirley nodded yes.

They both went to their rooms.

Ria and Liam were excited to be at the Rays mansion.

" Grandma, I want to sleep with you!" Ria said cheerfully.

" Me too!" Liam shouted.

Flora, Damon and Mr Rays chuckled.

" And where would grandpa sleep?" Damon asked curiously.

" We are six, you can share your bed with him!" Liam said showing his tongue out to his grandpa.

" That's unfair!" Mr Rays said faking a sad face.

" Or, today I sleep with mommy and daddy and you go sleep with grandma and Liam." Ria suggested.

" Whatever, daddy's girl!" Liam said rolling his eyes.

" Aren't you daddy's boy?" Flora asked.

" Nah! Daddy and I are just buddies! But sometimes we don't like each other so, I'd rather stay with grandma and grandpa!" Liam said with a straight face and everyone laughed. How can he speak like that with a straight face.

" How can you say I don't like you? We've been living under the same roof for five years, buddy!" Damon said insisting on the buddy part. Everyone was supressing their laughter.

" Oh, you don't have to say it for me to know that you sometimes don't like me, your actions say it all!" Liam said proudly as if he's telling a little secret.

" What actions!" Damon asked curiously.

" Well, how about I asked you to chase Ms Claire from our mansion and you'd scold me that I'm being rude! Trust me I didn't like that woman! He can be nothing like my dear mom!" Liam said and Damon pursed his lips.

" Okay, I'm sorry! You'll never see her anywhere close to our homes!" Damon promised.

"Finish your food kids, it almost time to go to bed!" Flora informed. Both Ria and Liam frowned.

" We don't have school tomorrow, do we?" Ria asked.

" Yes you don't have school tomorrow but bed time has never changed has it?" Flora asked them.

" At least let us sleep late this once please?" Liam pleaded.

" No, you should train your brain to do the right thing. Tomorrow is also another day, we are going to talk the whole day!" Damon said.

" You're not going to work?" Ria asked excitedly.

" No one is going to work tomorrow, we are going to have a family union. We would go to the park, ride horses, eat ice-cream, have lunch at a fancy restaurant, go shopping, then have a beautiful dinner at home!" Mrs Rays said.

" So we have a really long day tomorrow! We should sleep early then!" Liam said excitedly.

" I love the shopping part!" Ria admitted.

Flora Damon and Ria went to the bedroom together as Mr and Mrs Rays along with Liam went to bed together.

Liam was happy linking with his grandpa the most. He asked him to read him a story and Mr Rays was doing so. On the other hand Ria laid between her parents and they sang her a lullaby. She slept immediately.

Damon looked at Flora proudly.

" I love you!" Damon said reaching across and felt her cheek.

" Ria is sleeping, don't wake her up!" Flora whispered.

" Let's go take a shower together!" Damon whispered.

" Let's sleep the night, we take a shower separately." Flora said not looking into his eyes.

" I just want to take a shower with you, I promise!" Damon said showing her his small finger.

Flora chuckled softly before agreeing.

"Okay!"

They went to the bathroom and stripped. The both stood naked before each other.

" You're so beautiful!" Damon said holding her by the waist pulling her closer that her body laid against his hard chest and packs. He did that on purpose knowing very well how smitten Flora is with his fine body.

" What are you doing, we shouldn't be this close!" Flora said, her voice trembling.

" Why can't we be close, you're my wife!" Damon whispered in her ear.

" We won't be able to hold ourselves and Ria is in the room with us!" Flora warned.

" That makes it a little exciting, don't you think. We don't want to wake our baby up and get caught do we? I'll be gentle!" Damon said.

" You had promised that we are just going to have a shower!" Flora said, raising her head glaring at him.

Damon reached behind her and opened the shower as they stood under it. Flora jumped hugging Damon tightly as the cold water ran down her body.

" Why did you let the cold water, it's really cold!" Flora said pinching Damon who was now laughing at her.

" Cold water cools us down. Unless you don't want to cool and you want us to carry forward our love making." Damon said and Flora rolled her eyes at him. Indeed Damon was really hard and Flora could feel him touching her core.

" You promised to be gentle!" Flora reminded.

" You want me to make love to you?" Damon asked with a smirk.

" Isn't that the ecense of having a bath together?" Flora asked him with a smirk too.

" It was but, I wouldn't force it if you don't want to!" Damon said.

" I want it too!"Flora admitted biting her lower lip.

" Thank you!" Damon said and carried her making her automatically round her legs on his firm waist and the next minute he was inside her.

I really missed the feeling of being inside you! I don't seem to get enough of you!" He spoke as he pounded inside her and breathing heavily. They were both moaning softly afraid to wake up their baby girl.

They went on for a few minutes before they both came at once. They were about to go for another round when they heard a phone ringing.

Damon sighed. Clean up, I'll take the call!" Damon said and walked out of the bathroom.

He check the phone once out and found that it was Josh calling. He frowned, Josh wouldn't call at this hour unless it was very urgent.

" Yes, Josh?" Damon answered.

" Boss, something happened!" Josh started.

" Speak up!" Damon commanded seriously.

" Shirley's grandma has just passed away. Shirley was at my place when she got the news and left driving to the hospital. I couldn't stop her on time and her car met with an accident. She's now admitted to hospital. No organ has been damaged but she's unconscious and the doctor have examined her with a brain tumor, on its early stages. Her grandma has also died with a heart tumor." Josh explained and the other line was quiet.

" Boss, are you there?" Josh asked.

" Yes, Flora has already heard it all, I'll call you later on, we are coming to country F tomorrow!" Damon said and disconnected the call.

Flora stood there dumbfounded with just a towel tied around her body. Tears were streaming down.

" Shirley never told me what exactly her grandma was suffering from. I would have taken her to the best doctor, I... How could I not know? And Shirley has been examined with a tumor, Damon, we have to at least save her!" Flora said worriedly.

Damon went ahead and hug her.

" Calm down, wifey, were going to sort things out. It's not your fault." Damon said to her.

" Poor girl was going through a lot and I never realized. She loved her grandma so much, she must be really broken now!" Flora said sadly.

" Josh is there with her now. He's going to look after her until we arrive. Don't be too worried. It's God's plan that happened and you shouldn't blame yourself." Damon soothed her.

" She was like a younger sister to me, she was there for me from five years ago." Flora said crying more. 

" She really needs me!" Flora said.

" Honey, calm down, you're losing your mind now and it won't do you any good!" Damon said hugging her tightly.

Flora hugged Damon tightly and sobbed on his chest until her tears were no more.

" You feel better now?" He asked concerned.

" Not much but it helped, thank you! We should go sleep now!" Flora said.

They both put on their pajamas and joined Ria on the bed who slept soundly.

" The kids would be disappointed tomorrow when we inform them about the change of plans!" Flora said. Looking into Damon's eyes.

" They'll understand!" Damon said kissing her forehead before cuddling with her who slept next to him and Flora held Ria who slept next to her.
