[Winter's Pasta]

Mrs. Winter's signature salad pasta was a real treat. Compared to the sweet and sour salad pastas, Mrs. Winter's salad had a hint of saltiness.

Hot pasta after a hard day of training , Chamberlain couldn't be more the happier.

Mrs. Winter's store is not far from Kearney's training base. Due to Arsenal's very strict dietary regimen, this shop is very popular with players.

Chamberlain ate his pasta in a big mouthful, and Lucky also ordered a portion.

"The atmosphere in the team sucks." Chamberlain complained towards Lucky while eating.

Lucky smiled, "Where is this going?"

Kai did not refuse physical confrontation when needed but his stamina were needed other areas plus he was a growing youth.

But thinking about more deeply, Kai said; "But you know what? Starting tomorrow, I'm going to increase my physical strength training as I think it will be important for my ball holding skills when under pressure."

This idea has been around since after training with Arteta to break through the defense.

As a Premier League player, his body must have some resilience to it.

The conversation soon diverged to other topics as they consumed their food with Chamberlain being the main engager.

They soon finished their food and said their goodbyes.

On the road, Le Kai bounced a ball and walked back home.

After another special 'prayer', the Billy family began to eat a sumptuous dinner.

During the dinner , Billy and Kai also chatted about the training situation.

They were very happy to learn that Lucky had joined the training camp, and Billy even said that he would drink liquor for it.
