I had already been discharged from the hospital, the doctor arranged a place for me to stay with his friend until I can find a place of my own. Due to my health issues i wasn't able to be employed at the hospital since they said that I am unstable.

Not only don't I have a job, I also don't have a place to stay. The only thing I have is my bag with my documents as I also don't have any clothes. For some reason I don't remember anything about myself apart from my name and other unimportant things about myself. I don't remember any of my friends or where I lived. I went online and searched for any clues but I couldn't find anything that can help me. It is as though before I woke up in the hospital Macy Abellano who is me didn't exist at all. I don't have any digital footprints at all and to make matters worse my mind is a complete mess.
