Adrian's ruthlessness

Adrian went home straight from the warehouse. He had asked his secretary to buy him a house here in R city to live in while he looked for his wife. He was not going to leave without her. She was his now and forever and he wasn't planning to let her go ever.

He entered the house and came face to face with a fuming Clara. He had completely forgotten about her but there was no way that he was going to be spared especially since he has come home with new injuries.

"Where have you been and what the hell happened to you ?." She asked while checking my wounds, he just shrugged. He didn't want to tell her about what happened she will just get married. "Do you know how worried he was when I couldn't reach you. I thought that something bad had happened to you and I was right. Look at the state you are in, do you have a death wish. Its hardly been a month since the accident and already you have many more injuries." She said as she cried. He reached to her and embraced her, she has lost Maja and it isn't fair that he makes her worry like this.

She cried in his arms for a while and the scene reminded me of how his darling wife cried in his arms when he asked her to eat so much food. It hurts him to think about that but it also makes him happy that he at least have memories of her. They can keep him company until she is with him again so that they can make more memories. He wondered if she thinks of him wherever she is and prayed that she remains strong until he can find her and bring her home.

On the other side of R city specifically in R city hospital Macy was having a case of hiccups that wouldn't stop. She wondered who it was that was thinking about her so much. She had no one in her life so how could someone be thinking about her. She was not in the hospital working but rather as a patient. Ever since she woke up she has been having dreams about someone called Maja and they always seem so real. Every time she has the dream her head would be in so much pain.

The doctor said that it was because of what she had experience she might have gone through that led to her to being hospitalized. She had no idea what that was so she had no idea why she was dreaming about this Maja and what her connection was to her. She really wanted to find out her connection to her but she didn't know where to start. She was very confused and didn't know what to do next.

She also felt a connection to that man that she met earlier that very day. The feeling she felt when their hands touched still remained with her despite a few hours passing by. It was as though she had found her other half, how else would one explain how she felt after meeting him. She didn't want the feeling to go away because for once in her life she didn't feel alone, she felt connected to someone after being alone since her childhood. She really wanted to meet him one more time for the sake of not being alone.

She wondered if that stranger also felt that connection and if he was the one who was thinking about her. It said that when you name the person you think is thinking about you when you have hiccups then the hiccups stop. Just as she thought about him my hiccups stopped so it must mean that he is thinking of her. They met by accident today and she prayed that destiny permits them to meet again.

All she needs is a chance and she will do the rest. If we ever met again then she will try and find out if there is more to the connection that she felt when we met today. She closed her eyes and fell asleep thinking about that stranger.

Adrian continued to comfort Clara. She was able to compose herself after sometimes. She felt bad about breaking down like that, she came to support Adrian and help him remain strong yet she couldn't even do that herself. She felt like she had let her friend down by being so weak. She wished that she could be as strong as Maja. Right then Adrian's phone started ringing and Clara let him go so that he can answer the phone.

"Hello," he greeted once the call connected. "Hello brother, I called to inform you that I had exactly as you had instructed to Anthony. At first he refused to speak but after the sixth finger he finally cracked. He did speak, he told us where he took Maja after kidnapping her but then took her somewhere else after that. Before he could tell us where he fainted." Matthew reported to Adrian the news of his discovery.

"My men have already checked the address and we found a blue teddy bear there and nothing else." He continued and waited for Adrian's reply. "I am coming there right now." He said before he ended the call.

"Clara I have to go and see my brother so you have two options, you can either take me there or remain here either way I am going and you can't stop me. Make a choice." He said in an ice cold tone while looking at Clara. She felt a shiver run down her spine, she knew Adrian very well and knew what happens when he uses that tone of voice.

She like everyone else who knew Adrian was afraid of him whenever he got like that. He had his business face on and that meant that he won't tolerate anything and everything. She got up and followed him silently. She drove the car as she glances at him to see if his mood has lifted but that was not to be as Adrian was thinking of how to break Anthony Ibara until the man begged for mercy.

He was going to make sure that that the man knew who he had messed with. He will know the name to give to the devil the day he dies to add to his list of tenants who are bound to join him eventually. He was going to tell him that he is not an Andrada for no good reason. No matter what come may he was to teach that man a good lesson but he will not allow him to die so easily.

They arrived at the warehouse and headed upstairs and entered in the eighth door on the left. They saw the doctor tending to the man's wounds and he had already regained consciousness. The doctor took out an injection and as she was going to inject Anthony with it Adrian held her hand to stop her. "What is this injection for doc," he asked the doctor his voice still ice cold. "This injection is to help him not feel pain." The doctor replied slightly taken aback by Adrian's tone of voice.

"That won't be required doctor, so if you are done then leave." Adrian said coldly while staring directly at Anthony. Before the doctor could protest Matthew had on of his men walk her out. "Get him up and I think that the doctor prescribed some medicine for him. He can't take medicine without food, cut off his ears and feed them to him and if he still refuses to talk then remove his eyes next. And don't let his blood spill to the ground, get it in a mug nicely and let him have a drink when he is done with his meal." Adrian continued making everyone in the room tremble with fear. They all bored witness to Adrian's ruthlessness.
