Damn that Myne girl I really really hate her now. She reminded me of that man and I really Hate that man so that means alot !

'Why would someone so stuck up looking be an Adventurer ? She's better off prancing around a castle and attending dances and other noble like things ... wait a minute ! Why did she go with Mr Naofumi anyway people from Melromarc hate the shield hero "hmmm" maybe she was being nice ? Na that's not right... ah! I have no clue !' As I think this I lean back on the branch I'm sitting on 'being light weight pays off, I can't think anymore, to much thinking makes me sleepy, so I'll just go to sleep and forget all about today'

Time skip (after "trial")

"Hnn... *yawns*" As I wake up and start to stretch my arms I kinda maybe of forgot I was on a tree... "AHHHH ! *thud*" that hurt like hell ! Oh no oh no my tails all a mess now ! Nooooo I spent hours combing my fingers through it last time ! It's gonna take 10x times longer longer get all these twigs out ! "Uhhh !"

"*stomach grumbles* I'm soo hungry... oh berries !" It's a good purple colour so  it shouldn't be poisoness ... no time like the present

They tasted bland and bitter but none the less edible...

As I'm focused on the terrible taste I find myself walking towards the clearing where I met Mr Naofumi yesterday but I catch myself before I step out because I hear people talking not to far away

"Did you hear what that cursed shield did to the Princess?" (Soilder 1)

"No what did it do ?" (Soilder 2)

"Well I heard that he was drunk and started to strip her of her clothes until she escaped to the near by spear hero !" (Soilder 1)

"What ?! I knew the cursed shield was a scar on society but I never knew he was  such a disgrace. He isn't even worthy to be living they should execute him in the spot !" (Soilder 2)

"I whole heartdly agree with you there" (soilder 1)

After I heard that I tuned them out

'Mr Naofumi would never do something like that he seemed to naive and not the type of person to do that type of things. I bet he was accused of it I knew that girl was up to something, I need to speak to him again..'

After staring at the gate like I did yesterday for what felt like ages

"Uhhhhhh this is so boring ! When will he come out !"

'Huh is that him there ?' He's wearing a cloak but with my enhanced sight I see his face.

He begins to walk towards the woods where I'm hiding. When he gets close to me I duck farther into the bush and wait for him to sit under a tree, once he does I walk up to him. Once he sees me he stands up with his hair covering is eyes

'How does that work ?! I should atleast be able to see some of his eyes but no !'

"... are you here to attack me as well... ?" (Naofumi)

"Wah ! No i would never ! I already think you didn't do anything you were accused of ." What did they do to him for him tk be this suspicious of people..

He looks up "really ?" (Naofumi)

"Yea I believe your too naive to do something like that"

"Huh?...I guess your not wrong, I'm sorry for what the bitch said yesterday." (Naofumi)

"Hmm, bitch ? Oh I guess your not wrong. May I sit with you"

After what felt like ages he said "Yea sure" (Naofumi) After he says that I move to sit with him under the shade of the tree.

"I have a question Mr Naofumi"

"What is it ?" (Naofumi)

'I wonder if he's from the same world as my old one'

"What was the world where your from like?"

"Huh oh right I guess I can tell you a bit. Well I'm from a world called earth it's not really like this world as its ruled by science and technology unlike here where you guys have magic and monsters" (Naofumi)

'He really is from the same world I was from !..I gotta sound surprised I'd rather not go through the hassle of saying I was reincarnated'

"Huh ?! You have no monsters ! This earth sounds great already !"

"... I guess, but it's not all sunshine and rainbows we still have wars and stuff" (Naofumi)

"I wanna know more !"

Time skip (3 days)

We talked and talked for ages I even helped Naofumi make potions with herbs we found and I watched him kill some orange balloons. he left one time to pay off some debt he had to someone in the city, I didn't go the time because I told him I was to scared... but now he wants me to join him in the city !

"Mr Naofumi I really don't want to go into the city... it's scary"

"Huh ? It's fine I'll keep u near me" (Naofumi)

"But they really hate people like me ... im not going " as I say that I cross my arms across me chest

"No matter what I'm sire they hate me more than you... but oh well I'll come up with something" (Naofumi)

"Hmm" After a while of thinking Naofumi hands me a spare cloak and says "here this should do a good enough job, just keep your tail close to you and your ears down " (Naofumi)

"I... still don't know ..."

"Fine I'll keep you beside me, I need to sell these potions and meet someone... hmm why don't you try join my party ?" (Naofumi)

"You... you want me in your party !? You trust me ?!"

"I do trust you enough to invite you to my party you were the first person to trust me in this world so I'll do the same" (Naofumi)

"Mr Naofumi *hugs* thank you ! Thank you so much !"

"it's okay I trust you and you didn't immediately not believe me so let's party up" (Naofumi)

"Yay. I'll go inside the city then, if you trust me I'll go inside"

"Hn" (Naofumi)

After walking about the city and selling the potions Naofumi met to some guy, so far I haven't noticed any people staring at me in a bad way

"We have one last stop, the man we're gonna see might have some stuff for you" (Naofumi)

"Really !?"

"We'll just have to see" (Naofumi)

We then walk torawrds a blacksmith and then walk inside

*ding*

"Welcome, yo shield bro." (Man)

As soon as we walk in I hear a voice come from infront of us but I instantly hide behind Mr Naofumi

"Come on he's not that scary he may be a big burly man but he doesn't bite." (Naofumi)

"*whispers* are you sure ?"

"Yea come on *whispers* I even bet he won't be against your tail and ears, he even gave me those cloaks" (Naofumi)

"...Okay..." I then peak my face out a little from behind Mr Naofumi and I accidently let my hood slip

"Who's the little one ? Did you kidnap yourself a party member shield bro ?"(Man)

"M-my name is V-Violet, Mr Nao-Naofumi didn't kidnap m-me"

P.s I hope u guys like this chapter, its my longest chapter for this story so far I think this new schedule really helps me get better work done, thank you for putting up with me ❤❤
