    My water broke

    Charlotte POV

    I stared at mum and Camille but Camille had a blank expression on.

    "You guys know each other?" I asked and mum went numb.

    "The rate in which you keep things from me these days is so annoying" I said, totally annoyed and made to go.

    "She is your twin" mum said and I halted on my step. I ruminate on what she said the third time and realisation dawned on me.

    "What!" I shouted in horror.

    "What do you mean she's my twin?" Jasmine,Donald,Josh, Bryan and Valerie just entered and more are all coming in. They had planned to organise a mini party to celebrate our new victory.

    "That was the secret I had planned to tell you long ago but I couldn't bring myself to say it. I passed out immediately. I gave birth to you and when I woke up,I was told she was abducted. She dropped a letter that I shouldn't worry about the baby and that she would name her Camille. I'm sorry I kept this from you all this while". She said and I couldn't move. I was also too stunned to say a word. I stared at Camille and she was also staring at me. I stood up angrily and faced her.

    "I can't believe you could do all this" I said and walked to the door but Camille was quick to hold me.

    "She said she is sorry,I believe everything in our lives happened for a reason. Please forgive her" she said, staring at me. Alex walked up to us.

    "Please babe,forgive her," Alex said, squeezing my hands softly.

    "Pleeease" they all pleaded and I rolled my eyes.

    "If not for anything but because of my twin,I forgive you" I said and hugged her.

    "But if you want total forgiveness…" someone said and we directed our gazes to the door. A man followed Alex's mom. Seeing him is like seeing another replica of Camille. A replica of us just that he is white.They have the same eye colour.

    "You have to forgive him" she completed her statement.

    Mom hissed and walked up to him.

    "I'm sorry" he said in a low tone and before anyone could blink,mom gave him a slap and everyone gasped.

    "I told you it was all lies then but you wouldn't believe me Mr. Thomas the unbeliever. Anyway I forgive you" mom said and he looked up.

    "You mean you've forgiven me?" He asked looking up. I guess he is stunned mom could forgive him so soon. Well,I like that about mom. I believe she forgave him a long time ago.

    "Well, that's one of the qualities my mom possesses,she has such a soft heart. Our mom I mean" I whispered to Camille and she smiled.

    "So I have parents. This looks like a dream" Camille said excitedly.

    "Are you awake now? If not wake up because this is f*cking  real sis" I said and pinched her cheeks playfully and we laughed.

    Mr. Ray hugged mum and I and Camille joined.

    "C'mon" we told Giana and she also joined the hug.

    "I'm sorry kids," he said, hugging us separately. We are currently in our garden and for the first time,I felt the love of a dad. I rolled my eyes"seriously dad,is it the baby in my womb you calling kid or me,for real?" I asked.

    "Both of you," he said, smiling. I nudged Camille and she smiled. She has been staring at us since we entered the garden, especially mom and dad.

    "So how is your family,Philip?" Mum asked and I could sense she wasn't happy he would be married already with the tone in her voice.

    "They are all fine now. You guys are fine right? This is my family and I strongly hope you can be my wife. Marry me and spend the rest of your life with me please" dad said kneeling with the diamond ring and mom screamed covering her face.

    "My phone please" I told Giana and she quickly gave me. I need to capture the moment. We were all smiling,telling  her to say yes. Mom walked up to dad and stretched forth her hands.

    "Yes I will!" She said and he put the ring on her finger. They hugged for a couple of minutes and dad moved slowly to kiss her but she quickly stopped him.

    "Kids,our children are here" mom said and dad groaned.

    "We are grown ups" Camille shouted and we laughed.

    "Close your eyes kids" dad said and before mom could stop him,he kissed her. Camille and I covered Giana's eyes and also closed ours laughing.

    "We can open your eyes please" mom said shyly and ran out of the garden and we laughed. We stayed with dad for a while to get to know ourselves and after an hour,he left with mom.

    "Aunty Charlotte" that voice I've missed so much called and I opened my arms which she wasted no time to run into my embrace.

    "How have you been Emma?" I smiled at her widely.

    "I'm fine and how are you and the baby?" She said placing her head on my baby bump. Ever since Mrs. Tamara's case got solved, my baby has been growing rapidly. I guess peace of mind matters in human growth.

    "The baby is fine,he is saying hi to you" I said.

    "Emma" Damien called and she blinked her lashes.

    "You can go,as you can see I'm fine now" she said and Damien stared at her unbelievably.

    "You ungrateful…" he said walking up to us 

    "Save me aunty Charlotte" she said with her tiny voice holding onto me tightly.

    "Please, Detective" I said laughing and he stopped.

    "I will prefer Damien please" he said and I nodded smiling. He glared at Emma who stuck her tongue out at him and I laughed. Emma is really growing mature.

    "My eyes on you" he said and left.

    We got to know that Giana is an orphan. Her parents had helped Camille but died in a ghastly car accident five years ago and Camille has been taking responsibility since then. Our parents are planning to adopt her so she could become a full member of the family.

    "Hey Charlotte," Hazel said and I smiled.

    "Hi" it's been a while since I've seen her.

    "He is not dead right. Mom is lying right?" Hayden said looking gloomy and I sighed.

    "He is not but he is up there just that you can't see or touch him but anytime you miss him,look up and talk to him and he will appear to you" I said and hugged him.

    "Do you believe he is dead…why can't I see him?" I don't even know what to say. I just hugged him. I was told Andrew was buried the day of my abduction but I don't even believe it. A part of me doesn't wanna believe Andrew is gone. He stared at Emma who looked away shyly immediately. Seems they are both shy.

    "Please take good care of Emma,Hayden" I said and left with the rest leaving them behind

    "I'm so excited you're back" Mr. Henry said after I explained everything to him.

    "I know right?" He stared at my baby bump.

    "Are you sure you can cope with the concert? You're heavy with a child and I don't want something strenuous for you" he said with concern.

    "Don't worry,I will be fine" I replied and quickly said something else to cover up the topic.

    I started rehearsing the song for our concert already. 

    "Good job guys,see you next week" he said and dismissed us.

    "Hey wifey" Alex came in and kissed my forehead and everyone in the studio started clearing their throat. 

    "How is he,hope he is not disturbing mommy?" He said massaging my stomach. 

    "My baby is she and not he" I said, hitting his hands off.

    "And how sure are you? I'm so sure it's a small me" he boasted and I hit his arm playfully.

    "Alright let's do it this way. If it's a girl then I will do the dishes for a month but if it's a boy you will give me a treat for a week,deal?" He is so sure it's gonna be a baby boy.

    "Deal" I said and we both bought the car.

    Alex POV

    I opened the door for Charlotte and she entered.

    "You're welcome" I said entering the driver's seat and she scoffed.

    "I never said thank you. I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm weak" she said and rolled her eyes. I dismissed  my guards already because I feel we are safe now.

    "I'm hungry," Charlotte said and yelled.

    "We have two places to visit , my mom and the hospital," I told her.

    "Let's eat first then other things can follow" she insisted and I sighed.

    "We can eat at my mom's place or we should go back to the studio and order something. How about that?" I asked and she started crying.

    "Charlotte?" I called and she jerked my hands away.

    "Leave me alone. I wanna eat" she continued sobbing and I rubbed my tired face.

    "Fine! I will go get it. Can you stop crying now?" I said and she smiled, cleaning off her tears with the handkerchief I gave her.

    "Thank you. I love you" she said and blew me a kiss.

    "I love you too," I said grudgingly.

    I wore my face cap and nose mask and walked to another street and ordered fried rice and chicken.

    Thirty minutes later,the delivery guy came and I collected it and left. I walked to the car and saw her snapping pictures.

    "What took you so long? I don't feel hungry anymore" she said, still snapping and I looked around to be sure it was her who just talked.

    "Pardon?" I wanted to be sure I heard correctly.

    "I said I don't feel like eating again" she said and I groaned, igniting the engine.

    "So where to now?" I asked.

    "Home" she replied not sparing me a glance.

    "How about the doctor and mom? I already booked an appointment with him" I said.

    "They can wait right?" She pouted city

    The last thing I want is seeing her cry again. Just imagine a reporter just walked up to us. They would be misunderstood.

    One thing I discovered about Charlotte recently is her dislike for hospitals. She hated going there ever since Andrew's demise.

    "It's high time you stop procrastinating hospital stuff. This for you, safety babe. I messaged the doctor already and he said he will come home" I said.

    "It's not a procrastinating dummy. It's just that I hate drugs and hospital smell,when are we buying the baby stuffs" she closed the topic.

    "Just leave that to Valerie. She will be bringing different clothes to you and you can choose the ones of your choice for him" I said and she hummed.

    "You mean for her" she pouted.

    "Wake up from your dreamland babe" I said laughing and she hit me playfully.

    "Don't you dare hold me!" Charlotte screamed at me as I wanted to help her with her door. All I wanted was for everything to be easy for her. She put out one leg and was trying to bring out the second leg gently. She shouted at me not to hold her. We entered the house together.

    "I'm thinking of organising a baby shower. What do you think?" I asked massaging her feet.

    "I don't want anything that will bring reporters here with their annoying questions," she replied and I nodded. If that's what she wants then it's cancelled.

    "Where would you like to deliver our baby?" She got the signal. She stared at me and I winked at her. She knew I wanted to tease her so she sat upright.

    "How about space…yuuno everywhere will be quiet and she will be able to explore it first before exploring the earth" she said with all seriousness and I smiled.

    "Moon will be better. Then he can explore space after being born on the moon" I said and we both laughed.

    "I think that should be the doctor, '' I said, hearing the doorbell.

    "Oh no!" She groaned and I laughed.

    Charlotte POV

    It's our concert and Christmas Eve and the hall is filled to the brim with our fans. Many wore vests with our pictures on it while some used bands with the pictures of their favourites. I checked the camera again and sighed.

    "You can do this Charlotte. Let's go out there and show them what we've got" Jasmine admonished.

    "I'm just nervous. What if I fall on stage? I'm heavy with children, remember?" I don't know why I'm suddenly feeling nervous.

    "Babe let's go together then. I will be your bodyguard for tonight. You know it's my pleasure anyway" Alex said smiling and the rest nodded.

    "What if…" I was still saying but they cut me off.

    "No buts" Alex and Jasmine said sternly and dragged me to the door. Donald opened the door revealing me to our fans then they released me.

    "Wooh " the crowd continued screaming, sighting us. The light went off making everywhere quiet then went on again immediately we were stationed on the stage.

    Our fans kept on shouting and some wheezing at the top of their voices.

    "Hello everyone. You're welcome to the T.M.X show tonight, merry Christmas to you all. Love you guys and thanks for loving us" Donald said and the crowd went wild with excitement again.

    "We love you too" they said and blew kisses at us.

    Alex POV

    It was Charlotte's turn to sing. My gaze never for once left her.

    ~Oh my love yeah. It's a warm Christmas

    ~I want your touch let's celebrate this Christmas of love together

    She sang with a tiny sweet voice. The crowd went wild with excitement when they finished singing.

    "What's up?" I asked Charlotte. She had a worried and stressed look on. She winced in pain.

    "My water broke!" She dropped the bombshell, taking everyone by surprise.
