FLAMES FATE

Volume 1 - chapter AWAKENING

CHAPTER: 2

Crimson demon wasn't a joke. His flames were overflowing through his body. 'He must have a surplus Soul reserve'- Valtryek whispered.

Xander takes the lead from here. He commands his guild to take the defensive stance. It was a great step as they had no idea about Demon's potential. Valtryek and Xander should take the lead here, the demon was out of their league.

Atmosphere was chilling, it was night time.

Full moon light hits the guild's blade and reflects their fear. All of them were trembling. Who could believe that they are the most powerful warriors among all human race.

"No time to be scared we are the mightiest of all humans, show him what we are made of!"-Xander.

He focused his soul in both of his legs. His legs turned red hot. And few sparkles surround his lower body. He exhaled and…!

(He used extreme speed, A class magic)

"He disappeared from his mean position"- guild members.

Xander was at extreme speed it was nearly impossible to match up with him at that time.

Xander swings his blade with all his power. Friction caused by Xanders movements led a lane of fire behind him.

Xander reached near the demon in almost the blink of an eye.

Xander swung his blade towards the demon's neck…..

Heartbeat of every every individual raises

All of sudden.

With every beat Xander came near to cut the demon's neck.

Xanders blade made contact!

" Nfffffffluuuuuuuuuuuu"

Demon disappeared!!!

"Unbelievable it's impossible, it can't be real"- valtryek.

The speed was unmatched even Valtryek can't see him. And countering that speed is nearly impossible. Even there's no time to manipulate magic.

the demon appeared just behind Xander. Xander was unbalanced because he'd never believed his most powerful magic can be dogged

(Magic- Erupt lightning, Xanders most powerful attack, It exceed 'A' class magic but can't fulfill needs to be 'S' class magic)

Xander wasn't conscious; he didn't let his failure bother him. He continued his attack and rushed towards a giant mountain.

He kicked the mountain and with its recoil he changed trajectory completely.

Whole mountain turned into ashes. "Don't you dare to underestimate me you Demon"

This time he surpassed his own speed. With another blink of an eye he punched the demon with his bare hands. Eruption was great because it completely affected an area of around 300 meters. Within a second whole area a fresh area turned into barren land.

Sun was about to rise, Valtryek was right indeed Xander had a lot of potential.

Sun finally raised. The scenery was beautiful

Not much but the atmosphere turned warm. Maybe because of Xanders eruption power. Valtryek asked the medical team to take care of Xander as he must be exhausted after using that level of magic.
