Chapter 215 Jealous Night

All of a sudden, Caroline was reminded of the odd feeling she had back in the restaurant. She felt that someone was watching her, and it felt like Eddison. Was it... really him?

Where was he hiding? Did he plant a surveillance camera in the private room?

Why was she so anxious? It wasn't like she was cheating on him!

Shaking her head, she took a deep breath to clear her mind. She then headed to the car and joined Eddison in the backseat.

She leaned on him and asked, "What are you doing here? How long have you been waiting for me?"

Eddison put his arms around her shoulders as he answered, "It's been a while."

His voice was low, and no one could tell his emotions from those words.

However, Caroline knew him inside and out. From the moment he started talking, she knew he was angry, but she was unsure of the reason. 

The car was already on the move, and she was still in his arms.
