Conversation

We're at the front door ready to bid our visitors goodbye. But five minutes more they are still talking. A few more seconds and Philly's father spoke. Finally.

"Philly stays here with your fiancé," Philly's Father said.

"But, Dad I-"

"No more but's, you'll stay here for one week" Her Father cut her words.

"Fine…" Philly said while looking away.

"Darling it's for your good, while you're here know your in-laws," Her Mother said and embraced her.

"Okay, I understand Mom," Philly said while nodding.

"Okay we'll get going now," her mother said.

After that, our parents guided them outside. I left them in the front door and headed upstairs to my room. I've decided to take a bath but before taking a bath I call my maid.

"Hi I need my maid can you tell her to please come up," I said on the telephone.

"Okay Miss," she said and I ended the call

Seconds later someone knocked on the door so I approached the door and opened it. Surprisingly it's brother's fiancé Philly. Wait what is she doing here?

"Yes, what is it?"

"Amm.. can I stay here with you," she said shyly.

"But you have brother???" I said totally confused.

"It's just that I'm uncomfortable around him," she said.

"Oh, is that so," I said and gestured her to get inside my room.

I closed the door behind me. She sat on the chair beside the coffee table and looked around my room. It's funny to say that she looks like a lost kid that's wandering around.

"So you're sleeping here with me, why me?" I said and pointed myself.

"Ahem, I felt that you are a good person that's why," she said to me.

"Well that's absurd, but it's fine"

I was about to say something when someone knocked at the door so I opened it to see who it is.

"Miss, what can I do for you?" Oh, it just Aya.

"Could you bring me some cookies and two glasses of milk and also a new bottle of lavender body wash?" I said to my maid.

"Okay, I'll bring it in a minute," Aya said then headed out my room. Then I turned to Philly to start a conversation.

"So After my maid makes it back here we'll be having a bath together, is it okay?"

"Sure, so should I get my clothes now?" she asked.

"Of course, you'll need it," I said heading in my bathroom.

I headed in front of my sink then kneeled to open the cabinet beneath it. I got a new toothbrush, a hairbrush, a towel, and a pair of house slippers. After getting all the things needed I placed it on top of the small table inside the bathroom. Then after doing all that I headed out of the bathroom. As I close the door of my bathroom someone opened the door of my room. And it's just my brother with Aya beside him.

"Yes brother, how may I help you?" I asked him.

"I'm here for my fiancé," he said then turned to Philly. "I need to talk to you, now outside," my brother said whit a serious look in his eyes.

Philly just then nodded the both of them left my room leaving Aya with me. I ordered her to put the food on the coffee table and the lavender body washes inside the bathroom. After that, I ordered her to rest cause I have a wonderful plan for tomorrow. Twenty-five minutes more Philly entered my room.

"What did my brother said?" I asked concern about her.

"It's nothing, come on let's take a bath," she said entering the bathroom first.

"Open the water first and when the water is this high close it already then pour the body wash," I said then left her inside to get my nighties. After getting my nighties I entered the bathroom and placed my clothes on the table where I placed her necessities. Then took off my clothes then joined her in the tub.

"So Philly tell me about yourself," I asked.

"Sure, well I'm now twenty-eight, I do ballet and competed in championships around the world, then taught ballet in some school for five years, then I quitted, then work as a florist in my shop, then got engaged at twenty-eight," She said with a short laugh in the end.

"Well that's fun you get a chance to go outside"

"Yeah you'll go outside soon too," she said with a smile. "So it's your turn now" I nodded.

"Well still haven't got outside, I love cars and motors, I can draw and paint, I like wearing skirts, likes basketball, I would like to try soccer and turning eighteen next two days," I said.

"Well, you have unique interests and you like cars and motors though you haven't seen one, "she said.

While taking a bath we kept on telling our lives with each other. And I also knew that they also have a rule that passes their generation year after year. She told me they also can't go outside not until they turn ten, well they are just a few years earlier than ours. She said she has three younger siblings and all of them are girls. After taking our bath we ended up talking about my brother (her fiancé) while eating our cookies with milk.

"Well my brother is a fan of plant and love the character Midoriya from the anime series Hero Academia, which is a thing I don't even know" she nodded and continued.

"He loves cooking Italian pasta, and I'm always the judge of his cooking. Well my brother has limited skills in cooking"

"And has three dogs, one cat, two hamsters one is pregnant, and a pet parrot and I haven't seen all of it since birth"

"My brother has twelve exes, three rebounds, and two relationshit for two weeks" she laughed at that sentence.

"That's all I know about him," I said, "well what are the things you know about your fiancé?" I asked.

"Well, I know his favorites," she said then took a deep breath " favorite color is green, red and grey, the favorite restaurant is Tokyo-Tokyo cause he loves Japanese food, favorites suit is Americano and loves Iced Americano, loves watching baseball and a fan of anime," she said.

"That's all," I said with sarcasm cause I think she has more to say.

"Oh, and lastly loves Black forest cake loves wearing shorts, and likes to go to the mall to play arcade"

"He loves playing the arcade?" I said with a shock expression in the face. Well, I didn't know she knows that a lot.

"Yeah I know right, I also didn't believe it at first then he asked me to accompany him at the mall I thought he's buying something then at the end we ended up at the arcade" we laughed both at the end of her sentence.

"Well that's good you know more about him," I said.

"Well, we're told to live each other and also date to know each other" I nodded to tell her I understand.

"I think that's it's when you're engaged," I said and she agreed.

"Well it's not all that there is also adult stuff you wouldn't know," she said and got me curious. I was about to ask a question.

"Well this is enough, you'll get ugly if we don't sleep early tomorrow I'll be with you until your last day" I got touched about what she said.

So I fixed the tray and got myself inside the bathroom and did all my night routines. Then after it I sat on top of my bed she'll be sleeping on the right side while I'm on the left side I brushed hair before laying next to her. As soon as I lay she asked me a question.

"What do you think, is it nice to have a baby?"

"Well I don't know, but if that's what you desire I think it would be nice," I said.

"Is also thought of that, arghh just ignore that let's sleep" she said.

"Fine, goodnight," I said.

"Good night"

Hmm can't wait to go outside I want to go to the Beach, taste Cotton candy, watch basketball, and have lots of friends. And speaking of friends I need to call Valn tomorrow. Few more minutes I left my thoughts and drove off to sleep thinking about kids.....
