Chapter 46: Risking It All

Pandemona ferried destruction in her wake. Her black outer chassis scorched with hot darkness. Wheels spilling embers into the chaotic air. Headlights beaming a hellish red. She was a demon blazing through the streets of war. A chariot of penance coming to collect.

And she brought a pack with her.

"We're going in d*ck first, huh?" Princeton laughed through the comms as he pushed Chaser at the back. He and Soul's Sylphi kept up speed. "Okay!"

The two hunters were behind Shane's Sapphire Crush. Car engines screaming. The three street racers held the rear. Zamson's Pandemona and Logan riding Fenrir formed the pack's head.

Shane replied through the comms. The thrill had his heart pumping. "Hope you brought protection. It's not wise to dive raw!"

Naia giggled. The focused Zamson said nothing. Only smirked.

Logan begged to differ, though. He was coming for blood. Craving a big fight. "F*ck that. We're risking it all!"

Azima scoffed. "Y'all never change."
