[Bonus chapter] Face-Off
Therius was offended that Solar actually let Avato and his men go during the last assassination attempt. Was it a way to say that Solar did not care about how many people were to be sent to attack him?
If that was the message Solar wanted to convey then Therius would be the one who'd handle things himself.
"Your Majesty." One of his servants approached Therius in his study. "A person from the Blyze Family, the heir of the Blyze family, Mr. Solar Blyze is requesting an audience into your court."
Therius smirked at last and pulled himself up to his feet.
He could feel the adrenaline in his body even though he was still imagining bashing Solar's head into the hard concrete of his garden's walkways or fountains.
"Well, you can grant him access into the palace but not the throne room. Bring him instead to one of our spacious royal gardens and serve him refreshments. I will go out to meet him since the weather is wonderful today."
