Few weeks after.
Ameedah and Habeeb have grown closer than before although he was yet to ask her to be his fiancée officially. Even though it was now evident that Ameedah likes him she still feels she wouldn't say yes if he asked her out probably because of her past with her previous date.
They were all done with their second semester examination and they have been given two months break before resuming another academic session.

"Yaaay, finally done with my paper, I'm leaving tomorrow", Ameedah announced to her friends.
"I'm also", Eesha said.
"Then deal, we are all leaving tomorrow", Nihmah said.
The trio all stay at Lagos but different areas, Ameedah stays at Ikorodu, Nihmah Epe while Eesha stays at Island.
"So we should resume packing, I would really love to surprise everyone at home tomorrow", Ameedah said.
"Its like you're super excited to go home",Eesha pouted.
"You're still asking", she responded.
"So have you now told Habeeb that you're going home", Nihmah asked swiftly.
"Nah, I haven't, I'll tell him when I get to Lagos", she replied
"Okay", Nihmah simply said.

"Hi mum", Habeeb said
" How're you Habeeb".
"I'm fine and how're you"?
"I'm also okay, I heard you've finished your exams, so when will you be coming home, your dad has really missed you and your cousins won't stop talking about you".
" I'll be home soon mum, I promise".
"I trust you my dear and don't forget to bring her home".
"Ohh mum, not again please".
" You're not getting any younger, do remember that. Or you've not still found anyone since the first one misbehaved, if you haven't just tell me I've a lot of them here that we can arrange your marriage with", she said sounding a little angry.
"Whatttt,mum..you know what, I'll talk to you later, love you...bye', he hung up immediately.
" Mum is just so funny, by the way I've got Ameedah but I don't even know whether to propose to her or not, how would she even react, she might say its too early, Ameedah is so unpredictable ", he was saying to himself.
Not long afterwards, his two friends came in.
" Guy abeg, for how long do you have to wait before asking a girl out", Habeeb was saying seriously as if it was something really important.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha, I can't laugh moreover, is this really a question", Ridwan said still laughing.
"It is o, because I'm even tired already ".
" but why haven't you asked her out self", Uthman asked.
"I don't even know probably I'm scared of rejection", Habeeb answered.
" God help you", Uthman prayed.
"Aameen and you too, so just to inform you guys I'll be going home tomorrow", Habeeb announced.
" Alright nice, I'll miss you though ".
