Chapter Eight - "Kora"

The medium sized hyena with one missing eye trudged through the wet forest.She seemed less sour than the other hyenas. Kora stopped in front of Porro.

"Ah, you've finally made yourself useful, Porro. Catching the fox kings daughter and her little boyfriend? Very good."

"Just take the small one." Porro snarled out, kicking Soot over to her. Kora bent her head down and picked up Soot between her jaws. Porro grabbed Ferif in his own, and they were on their way.

"Its a little while to the cave. Say, how did the leaves feel between your freshly opened wounds on your paws, Porro?" Sora asked cunningly, before laughing.

"Ha. Funny. You better stop giggling and poking fun if ya know whats good for ya!" Porro said, snarling loudly at her. Kora moved away from him slightly.

"Just calm down.." she said, keeping her eyes ahead.
