Asher Harrington and Yale Allen influenced and changed each other, but naturally, there were conflicts, as their pace of falling in love was not the same.

Selena Flores put down the book she was reading, "What's wrong?"

He scratched his back, "I want to take a shower."

"You haven't had your stitches removed, you can't shower yet, wait a couple more days."

"Then help me wipe"

The VIP ward had a bathroom.

Selena moved a chair over, and Asher, pushing the infusion stand himself, followed her into the bathroom.

Sitting on the chair, Selena got the water ready and came over to help him undo his buttons.

His eyes, like a starving wolf's, were glowing as he kept watching Selena.

"Is the towel too hot?"

"It's not hot."

Selena rewetted the towel, wrung out the water, and wiped his neck and back.

He ripped off the hospital gown still hanging on his body.
