"Can you tell the gorilla what I'm going to say?" asked Shana, to Marion who was standing behind her. Marion looked hesitant, but she had to do it if it was Shana's request.
Marion nodded slowly, then Shana with a happy look finally moved closer to the leader of the Yeti people.
"Marion, please tell them that I will hand over my baby to them, as long as they help us get out of this area."
Marion, in a language only she and Jangbu understood, finally negotiated. After some thought, and Shana saying that she was sure of her decision, both Jangbu and Marion and Shana, agreed on what they had been talking about.
Jangbu told Marion to wait because he had to communicate with the rest of his flock. Jangbu asked Marion to come back tomorrow.
Marion, who was unsure, tried to confirm and just as the creature had said, tomorrow was the day.
