Unexpected Encounter!!

Deep had to leave Aarohi's hold when his mobile ringed, his heart pounded fast at once he recognised it as another unknown number, something that only happened when he received a call from his enemy!

With a courageous inhale, he lifted the call and soon his gaze settled over Tara who sat in distance with Aryan, they both were speaking something which he couldn't hear, well couldn't care as of now cause all his focus was.....the person who called him.

"I see you are multitasking lad!" the person spoke up, yet Deep didn't respond.

"You are spying your sister while spending your precious love time as well?!" Deep could hear the man laugh!

He had to control himself, and as he looked at Aarohi in silence, they both exchanged an understanding gaze. before she turned away! Deep walked to a distance and spoke to the person! "What's it this time?!"

"You wouldn't call me with no motive!"

The man laughed, "So you know! Let's get into it straight!"

Deep involuntarily took a deep breath as if readying himself for whatever that was upto his shoulders again!

"Where's your sister planning to move this time?! With that probably not so useful yet lucky charm servant."

Deep inhaled deep again, his patience and calmness, standing on the verge, "I would definitely think you're capable enough to know that piece of information too!!"

The man laughed again which now felt annoying for Deep, "Tara Nethin! The great business woman!! Little did the world know, she's a coward who always chooses to run and hide!!"

"Watch your mouth!!" Deep retorted.

Again, a laugh, very satisfied one, "Well, no rush! I like it too! To chase!!"

"Is this what you mean by 'getting into it straight'?! Beating around the bush?!"

"Isn't it too unfair that I choose to speak in a friendly manner and you choose the rude one?!" the man complained in a very pretentiously serious tone!

Deep didn't react, and that's when the man's tone became serious, "You need to go after her! Not.With.Her!!"

"Why the hell would I do it?!"

"You still didn't make a choice, I see!!"

A moment of eerie silence carried them away!

"I'll provide you the last chance to choose Deep! You either do what I say, or get ready to actually receive her parents' dead bodies this time!"

His breath hitched!

"Ah, it was no fun to do rituals for those empty coffins!!" he laughed.

The moments from the past replayed in his head, "Don't you dare!!" Deep yelled, almost worrying Aarohi, but he didn't care!

"I can, and I will! Choice is yours', at least be wise this time!!"

Deep took a moment to think, his gaze settling over Tara again, "And what's after?! What do you want me to do?!"

"No rush!! You will get to know things further in future, only if you choose to co-operate!!"

"But do remember, once you're in, there's no way back Deep!!" with that warning, the call ended!

He almost felt the urge to throw his mobile away!

The man was right, once he began to walk down into that path, there was no way back!! He couldn't even ask for any help! His gaze lowered to the ground, helpless.

"Is everything alright?!" Aarohi's sudden reach made him look back at her!

Silence followed despite the calming environment they were in, until Deep stepped forward, reaching her! "It is! Just a casual business problem?!" he tried to smile!

He only hoped she would believe him and try not to look straight through his soul!

However, she didn't. Cause she perfectly knew what exactly was happening, but, "Is it something difficult for you?!" she tried to smile!

Deep chuckled, "Let us retreat! It's getting dark!!" his hand held out!

Aarohi was quick to take his hand, as they began to head back, while her gaze for a moment lingered on Tara!

'I'll do whatever it takes for me to protect you, Tara!'

'Your safety is Deep's priority and his' mine!!'

Her silent vow stayed within her, and silence followed them the whole way to her house though their hands were held in one, entwined.

Once she reached her house, their hands had to depart and suddenly, Deep gasped low as if remembering something.

Aarohi watched him taking out something from his car and reaching back to her, holding something...."Did you buy a dress again?!"

Deep shook his head with a smile, "It was Meera!"

"She seems to know about us. Gifted us beautiful clothes!!"

Aarohi smiled momentarily remembering her, "Do convey my thanks to her!!"

"Sure thing!!"

Deep sighed taking a note of the time, "I shall leave!!"

Aarohi watched him as he forced a smile reaching her, his hand gripping her chin, "Goodnight!!"

She smiled, once he turned to leave, "Deep" she whispered a call, audible enough for him to halt and turn back, a confused look creeping over his face!

"Don't you think you're forgetting something?!"

Deep felt the uncertainty welling up the situation, "What.....do you think.....it is?"

Aarohi was unsound for a moment, her gaze searching for something in his before she stepped closer, her gaze momentarily being pulled away from him as she took out two chocolates. Her hand soon offered him one which he instantly accepted.

"It is the memory of creating memories, Deep"

Deep's hold on the chocolate he held loosened, yet not giving it a chance to fall! His gaze softened at hers'. A part of him wanted to instantly apologize her for the negligence he made her feel, the silent suffering he made her go through! However, the another part of him was hesitant, speechless, unknown how to react.

'You stubbornly pursued me until the acceptance and now you enjoy the play of me coming after you!' her words which kept echoing now, torn him apart!

Lost in the thought that would his apology be considered sincerely? Irony! Even he himself doubts now if he could provide a sincere one! He knew, this would continue until the very end!

Yes, the very end of this problem!

His gaze though held hers', as if hoping whatever the unspoken words his mouth held building up a graveyard of it, would be communicated through his eyes, hoping she could understand, his thoughts were lost until she suddenly smiled which barely reached her eyes!

Her hands unwrapping the chocolate, his eyes taking in her actions, offering him a bite!

After a moment of hesitation combined with confusion, he accepted, which widened her smile a bit!

Deep unwrapped the one she gave him as well, to do the same, without any realisation that her smile was reflecting on his face!

Aarohi just watched him smile, her thoughts though running constantly, her focus was him, 'I understand you can't fight against Deep, and so, I'll fight against in silence!!' she promised herself.

"This will be our memory for today!!" a soft smile played on her lips as she handed the cover in her hand to him while taking his!

Deep's eyes treasured her for a moment more and his hands themselves found cupping her face!

"I love the way you love me, Aarohi!!"

"Despite my negligence!!"

"Unreasonable negligence would however not be appreciated Mr.Nethin!!"

Deep laughed, "Acceptable!!", and a sudden kiss from him on her forehead surprised her.

"What about unexpected presents?!" he asked playfully as he pulled himself away from her, yet his face close to hers'.

Aarohi blinked before a chuckle escaped her, "Sometimes, yeah!!"

"Sometimes!!" he repeated!

They both smiled and he wished her goodnight again, briefly treasuring the chocolate wrapper into his pocket while his gaze kept holding the retreating figure of her.

"How well could I appreciate your assistance, Aarohi? Could I ever?!" he smiled faintly at himself.

Night began to crawl up into the sky, yet Deep decided to head back to the company!

And Neel, who stood far away, till now witnessing the scene ahead of him, sighed as he watched the retreating car of Deep! Neel still felt the taste of bitterness he experienced the entire time he kept watching the couple.

Relations.

Something he hated, to have and to not have!!

With a swallow as if it could help him gulp down the bitterness, he began to stroll down the path, his hands taking in the warmth of his pockets!

The chilling breeze welcomed him, almost suddenly forcing him flinch slightly. A chuckle escaped him as though he wondered on the fact that he could still differentiate the coldness from the warmth.

Guided by his involuntariness, he didn't mind where he was going, his steps evident to the leisure he was seeking for.

Strolling down the streets, with street lights being the only source of light under the now blossoming new moon sky, his steps halted witnessing a woman walking ahead of him! His brows pulled together, as he saw a man approaching her from behind with a knife held up in the air!

Well, well! Such a scene to behold again?

Nah, it might be the entertainment this time!!

He tilted his head as if seeking more from the situation, and the man who was ahead him, suddenly appeared infront of her startling the woman who screamed!

"You seem to have plenty of money! Too bad my eyes caught you!!" the man smiled, threatening her with the knife he held, and the woman's hold on her handbag's hand tightened!

"Too rich you might me, do you have anything left for me to rob?!" the man gave out a sinister smile which Neel could clearly stare at despite the distance he stood at from them.

Too much talk!!

Neel thought with a shook but didn't leave yet, the show was pleasant enough to please his eyes!

"Too bad for I won't be wasting my money on such bastards like YOU!!" the woman scoffed.

A chuckle escaped Neel.

"Ah....I see! At least, would you DONATE me?!" he laughed.

"Out of my way!!" she demanded.

"What if I won't?!" he retorted.

The woman seemed to take a moment, a sigh escaping her, "I'll give you not more than a second to be out of my way!!" she threatened, her voice turning cold enough.

And that took him! Neel found himself taken aback for a moment, realising the words belonged to him which he used on that random woman who.....ah, so....was this her?!

And what was her name again?!

As his thoughts were running still, the other way, the scene continued. The man laughed again before raising his hand which held the knife high, "Don't waste my time, give me the money and get going!" he warned.

Neel chuckled again, 'You need cold demeanour to threaten rather cold words, lady!!' he thought!

'Which you probably lack!!' he smiled subtle, for the first time!

"Haha, as if I will!!" she scoffed again, attempting to move away but the man blocked her way again.

"Don't provoke me!!" he warned.

"And don't force me to call the cops!!" she retorted.

"Alright then, let me do the needful!!" he smiled in that sinister way again, and his hand forced towards her in an attack, making her shut her eyes tightly as a scream escaped her.

Neel's teal eyes turned into a dark black mixed with purple for a second as he rushed to her, his speed unmatched with any living human eyes' notice. Reaching her as if he had flown over the distance, suddenly appearing behind her, holding the hand of the man!

Meera who shut her eyes, involuntarily waiting for the attack, seemed to halt at the delay. Slowly opening her eyes, she witnessed a hand coming behind her, stopping the man's hand, defending her. With the sudden instinct, she turned back to see who it was and the sight of finding someone so close to her suddenly, startled her more that she flinched, a sudden response that made her leg slip.

Neel immediately caught her by waist and she stared up him while a gasp escaped her.

"It indeed is you!!" he murmured with a smirk, which she did hear!!
