Chapter 2: First-task

He keeps thinking about who might have such a name but to no avail and decides to ignore the message for the time being and starts exploring the world. A few meters ahead there is a big door with a high of approximately 3 meters, brown and there is a small river beside it. He quickens his footsteps and slowly pushes the door open, revealing a village and a few people passing by.

Not long after, a small fairy flow towards Asher and immediately introduces itself.

"Welcome to the fairy village of Altaria. My name is Navi and I'll explain everything while escorting you to your first mission location. Come on!"

"Oh my, a real fairy!" Asher dilated his eyeballs and doesn't believe Navi seems so real till he slowly touches Navi's wings.

"Hey, what are you doing!" Navi immediately flies up attempting to avoid Asher's touch. "No! You can't just touch my wings. "She folded her arms and her face slowly turns red.

"Uh, sorry, I just don't expect your existence looks so real." Asher scratched his head and smiled.

Navi sighs and slowly smiles. "Well, every new player will do the same as you, but never mind let's get going."

Navi then explains in this fairy village things are originally all peaceful because there is a crystal light always guarding this place, but because an evil force takes away the light, their village is not safe.

She also said some of the fairies are trying to bring back the light, but the result is fruitless because their strength is not enough and instead they are hunted down and killed until the number of fairies decreases drastically also their homes are taken away and there is nothing left.

However, a prophecy from the village chief said some heroes will come and restore the light to defeat the monstrous creatures and bring victory.

"We are very happy, to meet a player like you." Navi jumps for joy and spins around. "We're holding off those horrible creatures by taking refuge here because they will not attack since the village is close to the water."

"Water?" Asher furrowed his brows. "What's wrong with that?"

"The creatures disliked water, so the remaining elf chief used their magic and created this place surrounded by water.

"Oh, well I see." Asher nodded as he looked around the village where more and more people were slowly arriving.

"We've finally arrived at the town square." Navi looked around the town square which is starting to get crowded with the presence of the other players. "All right, the fairy elders will be here soon. I'll look for the other players, see you "Asher"!"

Navi flies and soon her figure disappears. Asher slowly walks over to the group of players and soon a few fairy elders arrive.

"Welcome players, we are very happy to have you here. " The little fairy in green clothes then snaps his fingers. "All right, I've sent your first assignment in the message field.

Ethan then opened his message field and read it immediately.

"Quest 1: Training (required)"

Player level limit: Lv 1- 5

Recommended class: all classes

The elf elders created a simple simulation to level up the players enough to accept the next mission.

Everyone in the village square accepts the task and another fairy in red and yellow cloth casts a strange spell and instantly forms a large circle that surrounds the village square while teleporting all the players to a dense forest.

"All right, you have to use your powers and attack the slime here to raise your level." The elf in yellow gives brief directions. "When you reach level 5, come back to me and I'll take you back to the village for the next mission."

The players split up and starts attacking the green slimes roaming the forest with their weapons. Asher's level slowly rises from lv 1 until it reaches lv 3.

"All right, just 2 more levels to go. I can get out of here." Asher rubbed his palms together with burning eyes. "Come on, just a little more!"

However, suddenly hearing a growling sound behind one of the trees makes all players silent and soon a large slime appeared in front of them.

'Hey, look! The stupid slime appearing again!" One of the players laughed and made all the players laugh too. "Come on, let's destroy that slime!"

'You have completed the quest: Training gained +25 point status, unlock skill'

All the players attack the creature until it died and they all managed to advance to lv 5. Each player gains additional skills and upgrades their status.

Skill unlock:

[Cure]: Restore a little HP( health power) for a party member.

Mana cost: 10

Soon after, they all decide to return to the fairy in yellow clothes, and finally, all of them bring back to the village square.

"Wow, you guys have leveled up quickly." The fairy in green clothes pats her hand. "I'm sure, you're all ready to fight the monster."

All the players shouted with pride at this remark. The fairy in green clothes sent the next quest in the message field.

"Quest 2: Searching for the missing fairies 1/5 (part 1) (required)"

Recommended player level: lv 5

Reward: 200 gold coins

The fairy elders received news that a few fairies are still missing in the forest not far from the fairy village. However, the place is full of horrible creatures.

Recommended class: Magic Swordsman, Assassin

All the players accept the quest, then the fairies lead them away from the village square and arrive at a large door similar to the entrance to this village. The elf in red clothes cast a special spell until the door slowly opened and revealed a dense forest looking very serene.

"Players, find our friends and come back after finding the other fairies!"

All the players walk through the door and slowly the door closes leaving the players outside the gate. It is very quiet outside and only the sounds of owls or crickets are audible. All the players split up into the forest in front of them to complete the quest given as well as Asher.

"Strange, this forest feels so quiet and there's nothing to see here." Asher furrowed his brow. "Is there nothing here?"

However, he suddenly notices something moving behind the bushes not far from his position and decides to check it out. He slowly steps closer and spots something which makes Asher instantly freeze.

"Oh, God! That's....!
