Xavier Creed was just 16 years old when he joined S.H.I.E.L.D. as a promising young agent with unique abilities. He was an Inhuman, and his powers gave him the ability to manipulate energy in ways that no one else could. Xavier quickly rose through the ranks, and it wasn't long before he caught the attention of Phil Coulson.

Coulson saw something special in Xavier, and he took the young agent under his wing. Coulson knew that Xavier was destined for greatness, and he wanted to help him reach his full potential. Under Coulson's guidance, Xavier learned everything he needed to know about being an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D

But things were not always easy for Xavier. He had a complicated relationship with his best friend, Grant Ward. Xavier knew that Grant was a Hydra agent, but he didn't want to believe it. He wanted to see the best in his friend, even though he knew that he was working for the enemy.

Despite his reservations, Xavier remained loyal to his friend. He refused to be a snitch and did not reveal Grant's true loyalties to anyone. This caused tension between Xavier and Coulson, who believed that Xavier needed to prioritize his duty to S.H.I.E.L.D. above all else

One day, Xavier's loyalty to his friend was put to the test. Hydra had launched a surprise attack on S.H.I.E.L.D., and Grant was sent to take out Coulson. Xavier knew that he had to make a choice - stay loyal to his friend or stand with Coulson and defend S.H.I.E.L.D
