Arrival

“Leave the way" the red haired man spoke to the fairies harshly "what can you do if I don't leave the way" asked a tall fair man who seemed to be in his early twenties "are you seeking death?" The red haired man asked, this time more fierce "well the worst you can do is to kill me" he said "enough!" A familiar voice echoed in his ear.

Lina rode gently and stopped when she got in front of him "no way!" He said taking a step backwards "I never knew that witches are secretly supporting the demons" he added

"stop it Gabriel!" Lina screamed "stop what? What the hell are you doing with them?" He asked pointing at the demons "it's a sacrifice I made for my land" "sacrifice?" "Would you stop all this conversation and get of my way, how dare you stop the great prince Lyle and immortal Peres" the red haired man said again.

Lina came down from her horse and whispered in his ear "leave! except you are seeking death" "Magdalene…" "I will be fine" Lina said and Gabriel and his team stepped aside for the demons to pass.

Lina climbed her horse, looked back at him and gave him a reassuring smile before riding off.

Gabriel stood still as he watched her ride off, he was a very good friend to the royal family despite the fact he wasn't a royal, now his friend was captured by the demons and he couldn't do anything. He felt useless and ashamed of himself, one day we would definitely conquer the demons he assured himself before riding off with his crew.

The long nonstop ride was beginning to make Lina feel weak and tired again, she had never traveled such distance in her life. She thought of the best possible way to get her mind of her worries and then thought of Levi

"What is the name of your general?" She asked in a low tune and Levi turned to view her "general Lucian" he replied

"Lucian! Is He that harsh with you guys?" "Harsh is an understatement" Levi responded with a hard tone "I hate him" he blurted out "calm down Levi" Lina said regretting ever bringing the topic, Lucian turned and gave Levi a hard stare 'what is wrong with this man' Lina asked and before she knew it Levi was way ahead of her.

Finally! They arrived the boarder. The boarder was heavily guarded with armed men looking ready for war at any moment, now Lina knew why the witches and fairies can never ambush them.

"Greetings my prince, greetings lord Peres" the men bowed immediately they arrived the checkpoint 'lord Peres! I thought demons had one lord" Lina wanted to ask but chose not to.

"Lucian, take the royal army back to base" Lyle deep voice filled the air "yes your majesty" Lucian replied. Lina was lost, she didn't know what to do. Lyle was about to take his leave

"not so fast Lyle" Peres said holding him on his shoulder "what now?" Lyle asked giving him a hard look "we have a guest, the witch princess" Peres reminded him. Lyle turned to find Lina on her horse looking confused "you are coming with us" Lyle informed while waiting for her to get off the horse and follow them but Lina remained on her horse "I said we have to go" Lyle hated repeating himself "my horse…" Lina trailed off "Levi, take her to my castle" Lyle added and leapt away.

"I'm sorry I am giving you a hard time" Lina apologized on their way to Lyle's castle "no need princess Magdalene" "I would love it if you call me Elina, Magdalene is my formal name but Elina is my informal name" "so we are friends?" Asked Levi "yesssss" Lina replied stressing the yes.

Arriving the castle, Lina was completely caught off guard. If the castle in her home was beautiful this one was breath~taking. "Have a nice day princess" Levi said, just like that, what was she expecting; that he would stay with her forever. Breathing in deeply she handed her horse to the stable manager and then walked in the main building.

The sitting room was very wide with the sofa chairs were arranged beautifully round the entire room. She sat on one of the sofa as her eyes traveled round the whole room.

Suddenly two ladies who seemed like maids walked in "greetings" they said with a courtesy "hi" Lina replied shyly "we are your personal maids, grant us permission to take you to your room" the one with a petite figure spoke and all that Lina could do was to nod her head in approval.

Her room was located downstairs. It was a spacious room that had a queen sized bed, window allowed a view of the front house. The curtains were high and well placed as her wardrobe was at the left hand side of the room 'what do I need a wardrobe for when I didn't come with a single cloth' she asked herself as she giggled, she silently walked towards the wardrobe, opened it and to her surprise found different female wears in it, her eyes widened in surprise.

"My princess for introductions I'm called Rebecca but I would appreciate it if you call me Becky" the petite one said

"I'm Naomi" the one with an average height spoke "I'm called Lina" Lina added smiling "if you need anything my princess just send for us" Becky said casually and Lina smiled and nodded in agreement. Seeing the both of them made her think of Hazel and Ruth, not just them but her entire family.

Lina was still looking at her room when a woman walked into her room "you must be princess Lina of the witch land" the woman said "yes and who are you?" Lina asked "I'm Regina shortly called Gina, I'm a human and I'm Peres' wife" Gina said shocking Lina 'is Peres married?' She asked herself as her eyes widened in surprise

Gina herself wasn’t shocked, what reaction was she even expecting from her?
