Leonard noticed that the discussion was taking another turn, he asked everyone to get back to their duty post, while he helped his niece to get back to her feet. Her mom asked Leonard not to interfere as it was a family matter but Leonard reminding her of his status in their family told both of them to follow him into his office immediately without any excuses.
