Annette's POV.
I waited and waited but no one came to my rescue. I should probably stop reading romantic books about the bad boy falling for a stupid girl like me. I couldn't wait anymore so I just fell asleep.
After a few minutes the door open and I jumped up.
/"Thank god you still alive or else mom would kill me./" Elijah sighed relieved hugging me. /"I'm sorry for forgetting you in here sister, please forgive me./"
/"It's fine Eli. I just want to take a shower and sleep./" I mumbled and we both left the school.
As soon as I entered my house my mother was sitting in the couch waiting for me. I know she's going to give me a lecture again.
/"Annette Kingston Hendricks, where the hell have you been? Do you know how worried I was, you lucky your father is at work or else he would've ground you for life./"
