Anna came an hour after Marko left and she was acting happy even though I could see she was hurt. Annette on the other hand was over the mood after all she missed Elijah a lot. After arguing the whole day with Anna, she finally agreed to let Annette stay with me for a week at least.
The next morning came and Anna was ready to go back to New York. She kept avoiding any topics about Marko and I actually didn't push her to tell me what happened between them. I thought Annette would cry seeing her mother leave her alone with me but honestly she chose Elijah over her. Which I think is cute because Elijah is her brother.
/"Anne are you sure you going to be happy staying here with me?/" I asked Annette as soon as we came back from the airport.
/"Yes aunty./" She replied excited. /"Now aunty can we play please, I promise I won't break anything./"
