Falling For His Hidden Marriage Little Wife

In the bitter cold of December's early morning,

the heating in the hotel's presidential suite was blasted at full capacity. But Su Jinqi, sitting on a chair, felt a layer of cold sweat forming on the back of her neck.

Around the square table, apart from her, sat three others: her brother, her company's big boss, and his girlfriend.

Two men and two women; on the surface, it looked like a friendly gathering. But the reality? Su Jinqi sighed internally; it couldn't get more dramatic than this—her brother caught in the act of infidelity with the big boss's girlfriend by the boss himself!

Su Jinqi was furious, anxious, and resentful about this thunderclap of a revelation. How could her brother be involved with the boss's girlfriend? And she worried, now that she knew of her boss's scandal, could she keep her job? The boss was a man of decisive actions; would he go so far as to silence her permanently?

The more she thought about it, the more frightened she became. She snuck a peek at the boss across the table. He leaned slightly in his chair, ankles crossed, tapping intermittently on the table with one hand, while the other played with his phone underneath it. His casual and carefree demeanor left her wondering if he had been struck senseless by anger.

"Jinghan, listen to my explanation..." Yang Qianyu's tears cascaded down her cheeks as she grabbed Li Jinghan's hand in a frantic attempt to explain, "I had too much to drink with friends last night, I don't know how I ended up here when I woke up, I really didn't know, you have to believe me."

Li Jinghan frowned and swiftly withdrew his hand, giving her a disgusted glance.

Yang Qianyu's brows furrowed, she bit her lip and glared at Su Jinrong pointing at him as she shouted, "Jinghan, it's him! He drugged my drink and violated me. He even tried to blackmail me afterward. You arrived just in time, kill him for me!"

Upon hearing this, Su Jinqi became alarmed and turned to look at her brother with wide eyes. Su Jinrong stared at Yang Qianyu, plainly baffled.

"Are you insane? Me, fancy you?" Su Jinrong slammed the table, visibly furious, and said, "You were the one going wild from drinking last night, clinging to anyone and everyone, begging people!"

As soon as Yang Qianyu heard this, her face turned instantly pale, she stood up swiftly, righteously declaring, "Don't you dare sling mud at me; how could I possibly act like that? Just look at you; you don't seem right. You must have had designs on me, harboring wicked thoughts!"

"Miss Yang, you really have no shame!" Su Jinrong retorted angrily, "It was you who grabbed me last night and wouldn't let me leave. Now that your boyfriend is here, you're trying to pin the blame on me. Wishful thinking!"

Blushing, Su Jinqi bowed her head, sneaking a glance at Li Jinghan who was still absorbed in his phone, completely indifferent to the quarrel.

Enraged and humiliated, Yang Qianyu strode over to Su Jinrong, "Stop talking nonsense! You really should look in the mirror to see what you are like, with your sharp chin and shifty eyes. You look like the kind who would commit misdeeds. You resorted to vile means against me and don't think you'll get away with it!"

"You harridan! You dare threaten me?" Su Jinrong stood before her, eyes blazing with anger.

When had Yang Qianyu ever been insulted like this? Without hesitation, she slapped him across the face, with a crisp sound that rang out.

"Brother!" Su Jinqi abruptly stood up, crying out.

Furious beyond measure, Su Jinrong lunged at Yang Qianyu and they began to tussle, shouting insults at each other.

Desperate, Su Jinqi tried to intervene, pleading repeatedly, "Stop fighting, both of you, please stop."

Both were as furious as bulls, paying no heed to her pleas.

Unable to pull one away or hold back the other, Su Jinqi was pushed aside, stumbling a few steps backward and finding herself sitting on Li Jinghan's lap.

"Ah!" Su Jinqi cried out in shock, her face flushed red and heart racing, and she nervously stuttered, "Mr. Li, I'm s-sorry!"

Li Jinghan glowered at her coldly.

Su Jinqi shrank her neck and was about to stand up, but her legs gave way and, failing to steady herself, she sat on his lap for the second time. This time, quite coincidentally, her hand propped herself on his thigh.

Li Jinghan's brows furrowed. What is she trying to imply? An obvious seduction?

"Mr. Li!" Su Jinqi was so scared she was nearly crying, her already flushed face turned even redder, like a cooked shrimp.

Li Jinghan put away his phone, a layer of frost covered his eyes, and he coldly ordered: "Get lost!"

"Mr. Li, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, please don't be angry!" Su Jinqi quickly got up from Li Jinghan's lap and frantically apologized.

Li Jinghan flicked his trousers and stood up leisurely, yelling furiously at the two who were fighting: "Stop it, both of you!"

Yang Qianyu and Su Jinrong were intimidated by his aura and stopped.

"Jinghan!" Yang Qianyu ran towards Li Jinghan with her hair in disarray and blood at the corner of her mouth, crying and about to throw herself into his arms, pleading, "You have to avenge me!"

Li Jinghan reacted quickly, waving his large hand and pushing Yang Qianyu away disgustingly before she could get close.

"Serves you right!" Su Jinrong said with a grotesque face and several blood streaks, laughing spitefully.

"Ah Can." Li Jinghan suddenly spoke in a cold voice, "Drag this man out and deal with him."

"Yes, sir." Assistant Ming, standing by the door, responded and came over to grab the man.

Su Jinqi, protecting her brother, anxiously asked, "Assistant Ming, where are you taking my brother?"

Su Jinrong, hiding behind his sister, defiantly said: "Why are you grabbing me? It was that cheap woman who seduced me, it has nothing to do with me!"

Ming Can smiled, "Mr. Su, regardless of who seduced whom, you laid hands on Mr. Li's person, and that's a dead end for you!"

Su Jinrong turned pale, his legs gave way, and he knelt on the ground, scrambling and crawling towards Li Jinghan, tightly clutching his legs and begging, "Mr. Li, it's all my fault, please don't kill me!"

Su Jinqi's heart shuddered, pleading for her brother: "Mr. Li, you are a magnanimous person, please spare my brother, I beg you!"

Su Jinrong cried to heaven and earth, "Mr. Li, for the sake of my sister working for you, please be generous and let me off as if I were nothing!" After saying that, he paused, slightly stunned, and then hurriedly continued, "Mr. Li, if you don't feel it's fair, how about my sister? She's sweet and pretty. She could be your girlfriend!"

"Brother!" Su Jinrong's words were like a bolt from the blue, shocking Su Jinqi, who screamed, "Are you crazy? What are you talking about?"

She then rushed to explain to Li Jinghan anxiously, "Mr. Li, please don't be angry, my brother is like this, he has no filter and always talks nonsense. Whatever compensation you want for this, we won't say a word!"

Li Jinghan heard this and chuckled softly, his hand unconsciously fidgeting with his cufflinks, and casually said, "Then let's go with what your brother said."
