Fairy 67: On the way to Albero Part 1

On the highway, that link the towns of Foglia and Albero together. Stood a young man, with grassy green eyes, and very dark blue, as the night sky itself coloured hair.

Of course, this person is no other than Zack Smasher, who looked at the sun within the sky deep in thoughts, as he quickly checked his Status.

There no change done to his Status, in the first place, Zack didn't open his Status to check his stats ranks. Rather he opened his System's Status to remind himself of something.

And that something, or a reminder, is when summer comes next month. Will also be the day when Zack Smasher first came to this world, meaning it will be 3 years since Zack came to this world, Fairy Tail.

(AN: Zack still thinks this world is called Fairy Tail, but also believes his guild, Fairy Tail, and this world Fairy Tail just happened to be call that.)

While Zack recalled the almost three years he spent in this world. Vottes came next to Zack, as she looked at the sun as well, and then at her own clothing on her body.

"Hmm, maybe I should wear something new this summer?" As an Ice Dragon Slayer, makes Vottes no different to a Fire or an Ice Wizard herself. And one thing about Ice or Fire Magic, that wizards use, counts on the magic system, they usual have some kind of natural resistance to the temperature itself.

Take Natsu and Gray for example. Gray is an Ice Wizard, who uses a creation-type magic system, Ice Magic known as Ice Maker.

In order to learn this magic, Gray almost had to be naked in the freezing snow when he was training as a child. Which also the reason why became his habit of removing his clothing very often. And not to mention, his Ice Maker Magic does become stronger the more colder he is. Which also the second reason why Gray often find himself with his boxers on only.

Natsu on the other hand, he is a Fire Dragon Slayer, as his body naturally highly become resistance to flames themselves, unless they special made by magic, like Fire God Slayer flames, or magical flames of high classed monsters.

Besides that, he has high resistance to the temperature itself, same with Gray. While one body changes due to the DNA of the Dragon inside them, while the other one reformed and trained their body. It no wonder why both of them has high resistance towards the weather itself.

And Vottes, who also a Dragon Slayer just like Natsu, not to mention a Ice type Dragon Slayer, naturally doesn't need to worry what she wears. Since cold or heat doesn't affect her much. And normally she doesn't care what she wearing, since she is an exception unlike normal wizards and common people.

Vottes gazes at the hoodless dark blue jacket, as well the light blue long jeans she is wearing, and her high keel boots as well. And then looked at Zack, who still looking at the sky above them.

'Should I wear something to show more skin?' Vottes thought, normally doesn't care what she wears, however since there someone she wanted to impressed, she thought of wearing something more bolder than usual.

"Say Vis, what you think? When we arrived in the next town, how about we go clothes shopping?" Vottes asked, as he looked at the princess between her and Zack. How she think about it, when Vottes's light pink eyes looked at Vottes, this sudden verge to dress Hisui up like a doll, came to her.

"Clothes shopping? I never experience doing something like that, I be delighted to Vottes!" Hisui went, not unknowing of Vottes inner desires to dress her up like a doll.

As a princess, Hisui truly never experienced something like simple clothe shopping. Most of the time, she has a female servant who not only dresses Hisui up, but even ordered and make all the clothing she ever wanted. But there is a difference of having someone make clothing for you and looking through a store of already made clothing.

It is something Hisui thought she will never experience in her life as a princess.

Of course, before leaving Foglia, Vottes did brought some spare clothing for Hisui since she only has one pair of clothing on her body. But back then, Vottes who already guessed Hisui's sizes. Didn't took Hisui with her, since they were in a hurry to leave town, before Damon and the other eight of his men of the Nine Hands changed their minds and begin to hunt down Hisui once again.

So doing something that any girl or woman will experience more the once in their lives. It no wonder Hisui became very cheerful, when she could experience the life of a normal person.

"Now I think about it, we never truly checked what the name of the town we been at, didn't we?" Vottes suddenly remembered their main goal of arriving in Foglia, wasn't just to resupply, but also collect information.

Shame enough, due to the encounter with Hisui, and the Nine Hands. The duo, whose now a trio, never had the chance to check anything for their second purpose of gathering information, heck they didn't even know the name of the town they just walked out of not long ago.

"Now you mention it… we were lost in enjoying the town, and drinking. That I forgot about it…" Zack went with a wry smile.

"We can always ask when we reached the next town." Hisui pointed out.

"You right, Vis. No need to worry about such things. But travelling itself, is also relaxing in a way, dot you agree as well, Vis?" Zack went with a little grin, showing how much he is enjoying this.

"I do… but my legs are not used to all this walking…" Hisui went with a wry smile herself.

"Should we take a break then? Or we could always carry you on our shoulder, how about it, Vis?" Vottes asked with a warm smile.

"I-It's okay! I don't like to be a burden to either of you… I am very sorry Vottes… Zack…" Hisui went with a wry smile, as she even lowers her head, not daring to look at either Zack or Vottes in their eyes due to the shame, she is holding them back.

If it wasn't for her, they will reach Albero a lot sooner than expected, not only Hisui has shorter legs then them. But as a princess, she doesn't have the stamina to travel long distances all at once, unlike Vottes who spent the last few years on the run. And Zack who has an abnormal body to begin with.

Seeing like this, both Vottes and Zack sighed, it not wrong, their travelling speed is lower, but either of them mind it. After all, it not bad enjoying themselves moving at a slower pace. And not to mention, either Vottes or Zack are that heartless to force a 11 year old child to travel at their normal pace.

"Don't lower your head. It not a bad thing, that you are bad at things, you not used to. And you never been a burden to anyone. Say, say what I think we can have… lunch… wait…"

When Zack about to reason and calmed Hisui downed, from the unease feeling she has in her heart. All of the sudden a strange roaring sound could be heard. Hearing such a strange sound, that sounded somewhat familiar to him for some reason.

A serious look formed on Zack's face, hearing the sound of this roaring monster or whatever it is, is heading towards them.

Vottes noticed Zack's serious look, before she could ask what it is. Her pink eyes widen, as she too, few moments later, could hear the strange roaring sounds heading towards them.

Hisui became confused why the two went quiet, especially so, when she looked at Vottes and Zack exchange a look between each other, before they shielded Hisui behind her, only until she heard the roaring sounds as well, about 2 seconds after they hidden her behind themselves, did Hisui noticed something is heading towards them.

Then it came before them. What came before them wasn't a monster, but something Zack seen few times in the past. It was a pinkish red car that came into the duo's view.

The pinkish red car went past the Zack and the others. Only then did Zack recalled what this thing is, it is something that Erza in the past won, and even show it to Zack when she won this. (AN: Don't know if the Magic Car used by Ezra in the Canon. Is own by Fairy Tail, or herself.)

'Magic Vehicles… Magic Car type… Ezra also has one different to the one that she won that time. Thinking about Erza… I wonder how she doing?'

Thinking about the red-haired girl, that shown him the way when he was lost, as well his teacher when it comes to the sword. A smile came on Zack's face, as he recalled about Erza, whose like an elder sister to him.
