When they left the office they noticed Erza waiting for the master, to speak about Gajeel. Adrian walked off and stood in the centre of the guild, in front of the stage, where he noticed Mira getting ready to sing

She noticed his gaze smiled, and then winked at him causing him to smile. When she began singing, Adrian was smiling from ear to ear as her singing was beautiful. Everyone started to cheer for her as they were enjoying themselves

Unfortunately, Mira was interrupted as Gajeel had accidently stepped on Natsu's foot, which started a fight between the two. Pissed off Adrian punched the both of them in the head so hard they crashed into the ground unconscious

Adrian: Shut up!

Happy/Lucy: Natsuuuu!/One punch?!

Makarov: Sigh...

The next day

The members of Fairy Tail were quite excited as a reporter from 'Sorceror Magazine' was coming over to interview them

Lucy had woken up early, in order to prepare herself for the interview, which she was looking forward to a lot

At the Guild

The reporter named Jason had arrived and was interviewing a lot of people like the Master, Erza, Gray, and Natsu

Meanwhile Adrian and Mira were speaking to each other in the café, before Jason had walked up to them, noting down how close they are next to each other

Jason: Adrian, ranked No.2 in the Guild so cool... Ranked no.1 in Hottest guys in Fiore so cool... The 5th Saint so cool...

Adrian: Umm thanks i guess?

Jason: So cool.... so the readers want to know, whether or not you can beat Guildarts in a fight

Adrian: Ummm, well i've never met him so i don't know, but i'd like to think i can hold my mine

Jason: So cool... The most important thing that readers want to know is if you and Mirajane Strauss, Ranked No.1 in the Hottest woman in Fiore are in a relationship

The people around them were all silent, as they knew that they both had feelings for each other, but had yet to do anything, not knowing that they've been on a date already

Adrian and Mira started to Blush before they Mira looked down a bit embarrassed, and Adrian looked straight at him with flushed cheeks

Adrian: Yeah we are

Once Adrian said that everyone in the guild was startled as it wasn't made public until now, this led to everyone cheering for them and congratulating them

Jason after spending a few minutes pestering them for information, and then walked off to interview someone else, missing Lucy in the background trying to make herself noticed so that she can be interviewed

Gajeel walked up the stage in a white suit and a guitar, and started to sing 'Best Friend'

Needless to say the crowd was booing at him for how bad it was, and the fact that it was him who was singing and no one really liked him

It was so bad that a few people had started to throw tomatoes at him, which didn't seem to faze him as he kept going

A few days later

The latest issue of 'Sorceror Magzine' was released which had basically sent their repuatation down the drain, which had annoyed a lot of people.... none more so than Laxus

Lucy was currently depressed as she needed to find a job to pay her rent, but didnt have anyone to go with since Natsu was feeling a bit sick from eating the etherion, Erza was fixing her armor, Gray went with Juvia on a mission and Adrian was off on another date with Mirajane

Fortunately Lucy had found a job that was perfect for her, however it was taken by Gajeel before she could

When Gajeel left the guild he was attacked by Jet and Droy who still held a grudge against him for what he did while Levy was standing at the back telling them to stop. What shocked them was that Gajeel didn't fight back or try to protect himself, he just stood there

As Jet and Droy stopped attacking him, Laxus had appeared and destroyed Gajeel into the ground blaming him for everything

Laxus: It's all your fault what they say about us, calling us weak, tsk

After contiously attacking Gajeel, Levy tried to get Laxus to stop, angering him instead, so he aimed his fists at her, however Gajeel appeared in the last second to take the full force of the attack

Gajeel: .... If your done now.... i have a job to do...

Gajeel slowly walked off, leaving Laxus to stand there scowling, before the walked off

Later on at the Guild

Mira and a few of the other other girls were getting ready for the Miss Fairy Tail contest

'I guess its almost time for Laxus to try and take over the guild'

Currently Adrian was sitting down drinking, and watched as the events had unfolded. Mira and the girls were frozen, which pissed Adrian off slightly, but was okay since he knew she'd be fine.

Laxus: If you want to save them, you should find and beat me in the next 3 hours, otherwise the girls here will die

Natsu: Laxus!! I'm gonna kick your ass

Laxus, not bothered about him punched him with his fist covered in lightning, knocking him unconscious

Laxus: Your still too early runt.... I won't lose this time my rival, i was unprepared last time, i won't be this time

After giving everyone the information of the 'game' Laxus smirked at Adrian and disappeared

Immediately master gave the orders to go out and search for the Thunder Tribe and Laxus, only for him to hit a barrier while trying to leave

Makarov: Damn it! This looks like Freed's work, i won't be able to pass through, you all will need to go without me.... Adrian i hope you will be able to put a stop to Laxus

Adrian: Don't worry about him master, there's someone else here in Fiore who will handle him

Gray: Who?

Adrian: Mystogan

Makarov: Here's here? Well that's a good thing then, i don't need to worry too much about that then

Natsu woke up and ran straight the the exit, only to get blocked by a barrier

Natsu: What the hell?!

Adrian: Looks like he doesn't want you to interrupt his plans, so he made it so that you won't be able to leave.... and if I'm guessing correctly, i won't be able to leave either

Adrian then tried to walk out of the guild but was blocked himself just like Natsu and the master

Adrian: Yeah it seems that i can't leave... hey Levy do you think you could undo Freed's magic?

Levy: Umm, yeah i could try

Adrian: Great i'll be counting on you

A little while later

Adrian along with the master and Natsu was reading everything that was going on in the town, Alzack was forced to fight Jet and Droy, so that he could save Bisca, Freed fought against Reedus, Gray fought Bikslow and Evergreen had defeated Elfman

While the master was at shocked at everything, Laxus appeared in front of him with thought projection

Laxus: You should just give up old man, and announce on the speakers to Fiore that i'm the guild master now. It's time you step down

Makarov: Damn it Laxus stop this now or else

Laxus: Hahaha or else what gramps, the only people who can fight against me are Adrian Natsu and Erza, ones a statue and the other two are trapped

Adrian: Laxus you know your going to lose right right

Laxus: I don't think so, I've planned out everything, i won't lose. Look at your precious guild gramps, they're all losing, and unless you give me ownership of the guild, the girls will all die

Natsu angry at Laxus jumped forward attacking him but went straight though him, and the projection was then dispelled
