Failure Online

10 years ago a company by the name of Divine made a weird phone game Failure Online. They Vowed to grant a wish to anyone that can die in the game. The point of the game is to fail at it but how do you fail in a game that's impossible to fail at. Failure online was that easy which in turn made it the hardest game on the planet. It was so hard that it took Julian Revolv 10 years to finally die. Julian is someone who always sets goals for themselves, someone who dreams big and doesn't care about what anyone has to say about it So when he finally died in game he was so happy that he felt like he won the lottery, not because of the wish but because dying in Failure Online was the first big goal he achieved. But its not gonna be the last. Soon everything would change with the 1st update of Failure Online which turned the game on its head as this time the game is the success and you are the failure. ________________________________________________________________ Hi I'm Skddsk the author This is the first time I am writing something in English as its not my native language so please forgive the occasional grammatical error . Chapter 8: Opening Move [1]

Waking up, I found myself in a hospital bed. From my surroundings, I could tell that I was in Neo York City Central Hospital.

To my right were a bowl of fruit and some flowers.

It didn't take long for me to notice that I couldn't move my legs, not one bit.

Hell, I couldn't even feel my legs, but at least my shoulder seemed fine.

'Shit shit, me and my "what's the worst that could happen" getting shot by a mystery man and not feeling my body from the waist down, that's the worst that could happen'.

'Fuck I really should have tested it on someone else. Well too late now. Hopefully, I'll be able to recover quickly and get back to training. For something so bad to happen I surely must have gotten the karma of a serial killer, the karmic value I got must be something like [-500,00].

'Let's check how bad I got it I thought as I used Karma Randomization to check my karmic value'

[Julian Revolv's karmic value is: 740,39]

'What... How, no... Wait did Karma Randomization actually save me, would I have died had I not used it right then and there? Shit, why would someone want me dead. Don't tell me it's one of Max's enemies. They somehow learned that I work for Max and most likely they know about my abilities although I can't say for certain. If only that guy told me anything about them then maybe this could have been avoided.'

I opened my [Status] to be disappointed in my physical stats as I knew they took a big hit from this whole ordeal.

The door to my hospital room opened and a doctor came in.

"Well if it isn't the miracle boy waking up"

"Miracle boy? Me no no, doctor you must be mixing me up with someone else"

"I don't know, you tell me. It's not every day someone gets shot, loses 60% percent of their blood, has their heartbeat stopped for ten and a half hours, and survives. So yeah you tell me."

'That's absurd to think Karma Randomization kept me alive thru all that'

"What, wait... How did I survive then"

"Like I've been saying, it's a miracle. Plus you have a good benefactor that paid all hospital expenses and donated the blood currently in your veins. Also, your benefactor told me to give you this."

The doctor reached into his pocket, took out a note, and gave it to me.

The note simply read "Call me when you wake up. M.M."

"Okay... Anyways, doctor how long was I out for and when will I be able to walk again"

"You have been out for exactly twenty-two days and eight hours so slightly more than three weeks... Your condition is fully stable, hell get yourself a wheelchair and you are free to go... However, I'm afraid you might never walk again. You see the arrow that hit you in the waist exploded, you were almost separated into two parts, so your nervous system got heavily damaged. There is still hope for recovery as your legs are still alive and your heart is pumping blood into them, but physical and mana therapy aren't going to cut it. I believe your cure has to come from external sources, such as an Elixir or anything of the sort, I am not too educated in dungeon drops."

"You can't be serious right... An Elixir, no offense doctor but are you insane? Last time I checked those things are as rare as legendary ability cores if not even rarer. The last time an Elixir was sold it made the global news because it was sold for a whopping 5 Trillion Đ. And it's not like I can just find one in a dungeon because there are no more dungeons"

"I'm sorry, I didn't know"

"It's Okay"

'Wait a second... I have an idea'

I got myself a wheelchair and the second I stepped out of the hospital I called a certain man.
