[ Strength can be increased by punching or kick the air however it is more beneficial to hit something , the harder the better.

Agility can be increased by running and doing gymnastics ( parkour is also allowed )

Defense can be increased by pushups , staying on a harsh environment and getting injured.

Perception can be increased by predicting your opponents next move and playing chess

Mana can be increased through cultivation .

This was why Aasir vowed to fully apply everything to the bone in this book even if it took him centuries.

He sat cross-legged on the floor and started skimming the first chapter.

He then started rereading it to fully comprehend the first chapter.

The first chapter was simple . It taught him how to feel Mana . Aasir closed the book and placed it aside . He then close his eyes and steadied his breathing . He tried sending the Mana as instructed

The moment she entered the chamber broke down and Aasir woke up from his deep meditation. He glanced around to see a slightly blushing petite barmaid .

He looked at himself and he saw he was naked .

' Soooo big ' Nina thought allowing her perverted mind to imagine the scenario of them together.

She immediately stopped her wild imagination when she saw Aasir's expression.

" I'm sorry to intrude I just wanted to inform you that your breakfast will be served in an hour. " Nina said.

Aasir nodded and stood up and went to change clothes. Nina saw her cue to leave.

A woman in her late 20s was tending to her deep wounds using her clothes. She was currently in a small cabin inside the woods which was covered in mist.

She had shoulder length white hair and green eyes . She was very beautiful which was not a surprise as she had studied the art of seduction for her assassination job.

There was also a man who was beaten and bloody . His facial features could not be seen clearly and he was currently tied.

The woman looked at the man before him before kicking him.

" F**k you Eva Smith " He said with much venom . His words couldn't be heard clearly as he was currently missing most of his teeth.

Eva held the man by the hair to see her.

" Oh ~ What happened to the daring man I knew . Then again it is to be expected since you were always weak " The man got angry and with the remaining strength he had , he head-butted her.

Eva's nose almost got broken and she couldn't hold her cool anymore.

" Asshole " She said before slicing his head with a sword. She looked at the bloody mes before remembering why she was torturing him in the first place.

Suddenly the atmosphere became tense and she felt someone or something leaning on her and resting it's head on her shoulders. She couldn't move at all . The dark and suffocating aura didn't allow her at all .

" I could help you " She heard a feminine voice .

" Help me with what " She asked the being behind her , her words calm but her heart in panic.

" I could help you reach midgard and kill the brat you so wish to kill " The being behind her said.

Eva clenched her fist

" And what's in it for you ?" She asked.

The voice behind her chuckled .

" I want his soul ~ " It said with lust laced on its voice.

" Deal " Eva said agreeing to the being's request.

" Great , here's your route " Suddenly Eva's system glitched and later it had a mini update. She could see some mini map at the corner of her left eye guiding her to the route to midgard.
